My daughters full name has been printed on numerous garments, also with her school details. I was not asked for permission. Can I do anything?

You have had your original question answered a few times now by various posters.

Two posters have suggested the idea of paying for new hoodies for the 13 children who have the tops with your child's name on. Which seems like a good solution to your problem. This would alleviate your distress.
