I am married no doubt filing for divorce ASAP. I have been with him for over 15 years which in which I have been a victim of mentally and financial abuse.
He has been unfaithful on many of occasions, last night I spoke to a woman on his phone who claims to be in a relationship with him and his expecting a child from him. I have physically attacked him on many of occasions (I am not proud of what I do but he brings out the worst in me) I attacked him yesterday I caught him with my nail on his face, the cut looked very deep this morning. He said he was reporting me to the police and he wants me out of the house by 2pm this afternoon (I am still at home) he froze our joint bank account so I have no money what so ever. I am a parent of 3 my youngest suffers from Aspergers. He says that he wants full custody of the 3 children and I will not get a penny out of him.
I have spoken to my friend who is a solicitor I am going to go and speak to her tomorrow, I don't know whether she is just going to give advice or help me with the legal proceedings, and I don't know whether I will be entitled to legal aid.
I was advised by a lovely lady on my previous thread to post in this section as someone might have more advice to give me.
I will appreciate all advice and if you want to know anything else please don't hesitate to ask me.
