I'm hoping to start TTC baby #4 in August. Is there an existing larger families TTC thread / group, or does anyone else fancy joining me? The groups in the Conception topic don't really seem like a good fit ...

3 children (4, 7 & 8)
3 miscarriages before child #1

I have dd (14) ds (12.5)
DP has dd (13) and dd (12)

We have a ds who is 10 weeks old. We want to ttc asap as we're both getting on a bit (I'm 36, he's 40) and are both used to
having small age gaps between our dc.

Realistically I know we should wait a few months but I'm already opk-ing

I wouldn't be a bit worried about how faint they are, it's very early.

I'm cd 12 today and had a strong positive opk this morning. We've dtd every other day, so will hopefully dtd again tonight or tomorrow.

I'm quietly lurking trying not to panic about whether this pregnancy is viable - recurrent miscarriage turns me into a bit of a headcase during early pregnancy. Had some blood taken this morning at the doctor's, so fingers crossed for a reasonable level of hcg. I'm now 13dpo.

I have endo so it's making it harder, plus I'm due an operation in 2 weeks to remove a cyst and hopefully then it will be more likely to happen

I have had a very frustrating few days. Awful cramps from cd20 then at cd22 had some brown discharge then nothing for a day then somebody spotting. Been to gp to check for UTI but couldn't find anything so assume it's hormonal and I'm having a pathetic 22 cycle this month.
The annoying thing is up until a acouple of month ago I had perfect 30 day cycles and now it's messing around
This back and forth game is taking so much out of me emotionally that now that af seems to be here I feel relieved and not looking forward to month and month of this

I am a whisker away from the BIG 40.
I have 6 beautiful kiddos - 9, 8, 6, 4, 2 & a 6 month old. I should be done but I can't stop thinking about JUST ONE MORE. I know my OH would go for it if I wanted...but...our kids are all healthy, happy & I am so lucky to have had 6 straightforward pregnancies with no issues. Would going for number 7 be pushing our luck?? I know we all have to stop at some point but would I regret not trying? I'm b/feeding the baby at the mo anyway so it's very unlikely to happen any time soon.

No bumping here either Brutus we tried yesterday am but were interrupted and then too tired. Is it worth trying tonight do you think if I had a positive opk yesterday or too late.

Not sure, Everything- I've never used opks. If you ovulated yesterday I don't think tonight is too late, though? Is that what a positive means on one of those?

Lovely day with my gorgeous gang, but loud and stressful this evening = still wavering, lol!

I'm hoping for a positive opk this weekend so plenty of fun to be had . I'm not too hopeful that I will be able to conceive until my cysts are removed, but it's worth a try!
