continuing on from the last thread which morphed from a discussion about antisemitism to tracking it globally.

I’ve probably missed people out

to start off with something positive - this was a few yeshiva students response to antisemitism ❤️🕎

“Three Jewish college students from NJ were dancing at Denver International Airport. They said they were motivated to do this after the mass shooting in Australia: “We will not be scared or give in to the darkness, we will only add more and more light.” Happy Hanukkah!”

they’re playing my favourite zusha chanuka song, and one of them looks like DHs nephew who lives in America! Had to do a double take and check it wasn’t him!😆

That’s rubbish @PurpleThistle7 I’m so sorry. Is anyone offering you free legal advice? I assume CST is involved?

It's UK Lawyers for Israel and Jewish Scotland who I've spoken to so far.

As we are in Scotland it's more complicated to move schools and I'm not very keen on it. Our high school is otherwise ideal - a 5 minute walk away, all his friends will be going, I know a lot of the teachers and systems already and he really, really doesn't want to change schools. I've been really impressed on the whole and feel the high school has been far more proactive in sorting things than the primary school. It's a backup option for sure, but private school would be a massive, massive stretch for us so not something we'd do without exhausting all other options.

That makes sense. Glad you are getting some support and good to know the high school has been in the right place on this.

Fair enough.
