Anyone preparing for a frozen embryo transfer in the next few weeks

My period should be here in the next few days meaning i’ll start prep for frozen transfer number two!
Looking for anyone else in the same time frame to support each other?

Need ivf as i have no tubes and had a failed transfer in July. I also might have APS so im on clexane and aspirin.

oh I’m under a consultant at Bart’s privately but still no hcg. Just have to wait for 12 days post transfer. The longest wait will then be my 6 week scan!

I am 5 days past tomorrow so really want to test but know it will be negative

@Rainbowwish26 are you holding off until official test day?

For me all my symptoms have been what I’d put down to the progesterone; sore boobs, back ache and period like cramps. They’d started pre transfer so I knew they weren’t reliable! I’ve actually been having to use paracetamol for the cramps and back ache which I thought might have been a bad sign but apparently not.

It’s a difficult one. I’ve had light cramps and almost thought my period is coming but I think it’s implantation but other than this no other symptoms even though I’m on progesterone injections.

i tested today at 5 days past 6 day embryo and it’s negative so i’m out 😭

Aww no don’t lose hope. I think 5 days past is still very early!! Give it another 48 hours 🤞🤞🤞🤞

We had our transfer today. A 3AB when frozen but expanded to 4AB after thawing. Progesterone level was checked too and they're happy with it at 82. I hope everyone's doing ok

Been a bit quiet as was trying not to think about things too much, but I tested this morning and got a faint line at 7dp5dt. I haven't had any symptoms at all whilst waiting except for being tired (probs from sleeping badly stressing lol). My progesterone was 39.5 the day before transfer and they wanted it 40+ so I'm on Lubion as well as the progesterone pessaries.

I thought I would feel better getting a positive, I’m just a bag of nerves expecting something to go wrong now! I’ve booked an early scan next week as my clinic couldn’t offer the first one until 6th November so fingers crossed everything looks good then.

Yeah the place I’m going offers them from 6 weeks, which I’ll be exactly the day it’s booked for!

i’ve had a very faint positive this morning at 7 days past. I’m not feeling hopeful as it’s so faint i feel like it’s history repeating itself with a chemical tbh.
Im going to do another on saturday to see. Good news about the scan!
my IVF clinic will scan me at 5 weeks due to previous ectopics and then again at 7 for heartbeat if i get that far 😭

Oh no I was just about to say well done for the positive. But it may be implantation bleeding? I had this last time and my progesterone was increased. I managed to carry that pregnancy through.

it’s so odd😭 i put my progesteone in vaginally last night ( have mainly done it rectually and this is the first time vaginally in about 5 days) i woke up with tiny amount of browny smear in the pad. Nothing on wiping so thought it was from the pessary.
I changed the pad and again nothing on wiping throughout the morning.
11am i had cramps so thought my period is deffo coming.
again tiny little of brown smear on the pad, wouldn’t see it if i wasn’t wearing a pad and nothing on wiping.
Feel like im coming on and cycle day 28 but my periods are normal 30-36 days.
I think it’s either coming or it’s just from the progestrone.
Can’t bring myself to do a digital test or see a negative so going to wait to OTT to see.

I'm a bit behind you guys, my transfer is booked for Wednesday. @Rainbowwish26 have you done any more tests? I've done 3 previous FETs and one fresh. When I used to do the vaginal pessaries you do quite often get a bit of spotting because the progesterone can irritate and you're much more sensitive.

No i haven’t. I spoke to my clinic who said to wait until OTD on the 28th.
The cramps completely stopped & i had no spotting yesterday.
i’ve had some rust colour discharge this morning but nothing since

its odd as i never had it in my past transfer and used them mostly vaginally then.
I would get that if i had used it a lot vaginally but it seems abit random so hoping it is implantion like chat GPT says 🤣

I've got everything crossed for you and sending you all the willpower in the world to hold it to test again. IVF is a head scrambler
