June IVF/FET 👶 🌟 ❤️

Hi,

Wondering if anyone due a FET or starting IVF in June? Would be nice to speak to those in similar position.

This will be my 8th round of IVF -
Cycle 1 and 2 - No fertilisation
Cycle 3 - 3 blasts

• fresh #1 miscarriage at 7wks
• frozen #2 BFN
• Frozen#3 BFN

Cycle 4 - 4 blasts, 2 of which euploid.

Starting with my next period around the 22nd May

Hahahahaha! Yes mine was brilliant too. I felt it was also a therapy session that I really needed.
Totally understand too about not telling your mum exactly when. I told my mum we’re testing on Wednesday instead of Monday 😂 she means well but don’t need the hopeful (but anxious) messages.

@PlanBFertility26 trying not to get my hopes up but after reading your post about first response I’ve done a clearblue line test today.
it’s official test day for me so I think the line should be darker however that is a clear positive! We’re not out yet
first response didn’t progress for a few days then faded and I was 100% sure it was chemical

Thanks @Sheffters ive emailed my clinic to ask what I should do because I’ve had positive tests, negative tests, barely there tests.
its an absolute rollercoaster

@Starsandmoonalways aw bless her! Yep it’s the constant questions that make me more anxious. I just don’t want to talk about it (except to you guys! 😂). Plus I have all these dreams of surprising people one day.

@KP1091 that’s amazing!! Looks good to me for OTD. What dpt are you? So scary about the FRER!! Who knew.. I think now I know about this I’ll pee on a FRER and a clearblue on Thursday, just incase. If I see a light FRER I’ll spiral.. ptsd from my last two cycles (chemical, MMC which started out with v faint tests)! Hope your clinic can reassure you with betas at least!

@mumtrovert I swore by FRER in my first transfer but now they’ve totally lost my faith.
I’m 13dp5dt now.
there’s still the possibility of a chemical or apparently an ectopic may explain the rising and falling so will just need to wait and see.
my clinic take about 2 days to get back to you about anything though, it’s ridiculous

hoping this is your cycle but defo do a test alongside FRER. I take it we’re all buying them from Amazon?

Id recommend easy@home. They’re been really consistent. My second urine is always the best for accurate lines too

clinic aren’t happy with my test and line results so I’m to go for a blood test tomorrow.
I honestly feel sick. I’ve been hopeful, sad, hopeful again, worried etc etc

How dark should a positive test be at 7dpt?

@Sheffters honestly it can vary from person to person and if yours is lighter it doesn’t always mean bad news. Also depends on the sensitivity of the test you use.
I’ve attached my 8dpt with my DS with a FRER. But I would say he implanted very quickly.

Pretty anxious here as I’ve had some pink blood show up tonight, I will call the clinic in the morning. My scan isn’t until 2 July. There hasn’t been even the slightest hint of blood before this time. When I miscarried it was pretty conclusive bleeding (not just pink) and I’m not there (…yet).

Typical as I was just starting to feel a bit less on edge. My DH pulled up some surprisingly reassuring statistics on pregnancy success rates yday that definitely made me feel like I was focusing more on what could go wrong vs what could go right.

@SlightlyTerrifiedButPolite do you use progesterone pessaries vaginally? I had spotting with my DS due to cervix irritation from the pessaries.

@mumtrovertyes I’m using the pessaries. Do you remember when your spotting started? I haven’t had a peep of anything before now

I am also using pessaries and have been using them rectally as I get the irritation otherwise.

I still have a the faintest of lines today, not getting darker that I can see. I have realised that I am using mommed strips which aren't sensitive so am going to to get some early detection tests this morning. Copilot has been helping me and says it's encouraging that I have a faint positive at this point on these tests as the trigger will definitely be out of my system now after 15 days.

I am 8dpt today and I just don't feel confident. The tests are as light as with my chemical back in April. I have the telltale period like pains this morning albeit mild.

Will get the new tests as suggested and go from there. OTD is Friday which will be 11dpt.

@SlightlyTerrifiedButPoliteit was about 8 weeks for me but it can happen anytime. Switch to rectally and see if that helps. Hope it disappears soon for you.

@Sheffters makes sense if your tests aren’t very sensitive! I hope the new tests give you better peace of mind 🙏🏼

@KP1091 sorry to hear that, your line looked really good. Why are they worried?

Im convinced again today that this pregnancy isn’t progressing. Today is OTD (10dp5dt) and lines look rubbish 😭

@PlanBFertility26 I think they look ok for 10dpt. I saw a Reddit post where someone posted their tests by day and they didn't get a line as dark as the control line until 15dpt. I am holding on the this also!

I have just bought some clear blue ultra early tests as my line is very faint this morning on the MomMed tests I have been using.
