@Blueskycat congratulations on your transfer so glad your embryo thawed well that’s amazing news! 🩷

Lucky444 · 21/06/2026 15:04

My partner made poached eggs this morning and one of them wasn’t a runny yolk and he said my egg didn’t thaw well made me laugh 😂xx

mumtrovert · 21/06/2026 15:08

@Blueskycat ahhhh congrats on being PUPO! I have everythingggggg crossed for you this time. The wedding was nice but the kids were feral 🫠😂 a bit stressful at times tbh but we had a nice day. We left at about 10pm, our DS was asleep sat on my knee at 9:30! All that runnning around terrorising us 😂! Work will keep me busy but otherwise not much. Have you got plans this tww?

@Lucky444 thanks for the pep talk!! I need to stop feeling negative until I know. Sounds sensible about testing on Weds. I had loose bowels on my MMC cycle! That was a sign for me. Hope you get some good news and we’ll just have to take each day as it comes ♥️

@PlanBFertility26 I saw your post about faint tests. Do you have any FRER? I feel like they’re the best for progression. Keeping everything crossed 🤞🏼

Umbrellaladi · 21/06/2026 15:17

Hi ladies may I join you? ET on Tuesday after a lot of waiting and uncertainty re my cycle/cyst/lining/eggs etc etc

congratulations @Blueskycat 💐💐💐💐💐

Blueskycat · 21/06/2026 15:35

Thank you all! I’m going to test a week on Thurs (11dpt), does anyone have any recs for which brand of test to use? I’ve just used the one the clinic gave me in the past but this time they’ve given such a shonky looking unbranded one… it honestly looks like an old Covid test, no idea where you’re supposed to wee 😂

Glad you had a nice time at the wedding despite the feral kids@mumtrovert 😄 I don’t have much planned yet but going to try and book a few things in to keep me distracted. The weather is going to be really hot where I am so not sure I’ll want to do much apart from sit next to a fan tbh!

I found first response tests seemed solid. But I’ve also used the Uber cheap ones tok and if it’s 11 dp you should be ok with those too. But most people recommend FR as reliable and highly sensitive ☺️

mumtrovert · 21/06/2026 16:25

@Blueskycat I’d definitely recommend FRER (First Response). You can buy them on Amazon. They’re pink dye so less indents/evaps and they’re really sensitive so should show up 11dpt very strongly. Ahhhh it is going to be super hot isn’t it! Hope you can cool down enough. At least you know your feet will be warm!

@Umbrellaladi welcome!! Good luck for Tuesday. 🙏🏼

PlanBFertility26 · 21/06/2026 19:43

I would advise AGAINST FRER. Just had the worst few days thinking my line had disappeared (faint on one, none existent on other). Turns out dodgy batch as they’re not the real ones being sold on Amazon as allowed in UK anymore - something like that!

anyway, back to clear blue and easy@home and all is ok.

Morning ladies, how are we all?

I am driving myself mad with tests. It's been 14 days since trigger shot and I feel like it's getting darker again. The other day it was barely visible but this morning there is a vv faint line but it's visible without having to manipulate where you look if that makes sense. My OTD is Friday. Have tr d to take photos but it just doesn't show like it does to the naked eye.

How are your lines @PlanBFertility26? X

PlanBFertility26 · 22/06/2026 08:06

@Sheffters sounds promising. That’s exactly what happened to me. My OTD is tomorrow and test is much darker, so for now - I’m pregnant 🥰🌟

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 08:14

@Sheffters Good morning , how many days past transfer are you now ? I’m 5 days past transfer today I had really bad bloating last night and constipation TMI. But feel pretty normal other than that 3 more days until I test . It’s so hard to be in the mind set that I could be one of the lucky ones but got to keep positive 😬

@PlanBFertility26 congratulations !🥰

Sheffters · 22/06/2026 08:17

Hi @Lucky444, I am 7DPT today . We are only a couple of days apart then x

Sheffters · 22/06/2026 08:23

My emotions are wild. Saturday I was a sobbing mess. Yesterday totally fine and today so easy to tear up! Progesterone has a lot to answer for! I am also off my anxiety meds now as per the clinics advice to that will definitely be playing a part x

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 08:51

Just really hope it works this time I’m sensitive to my hormones when I’m not taking hormones let alone with the added medication 😂 I’ve been off work while going through this cycle but if it doesn’t work I’ll be back to work having to deal with the side effects I don’t know how you do it while working

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 08:53

I had the worst hormone crash after egg collection I got really good results but just felt really low so with the job I do I couldn’t have gone to work feeling that way

Sheffters · 22/06/2026 08:53

@Lucky444 that's great you have been able to take some time. I work from home which definitely helps however when tears sorig to my eyes in meetings it does not look professional! 😂 Sometimes keeping busy helps me but to be honest I would rather be locked away watching trash TV and eating snacks 😂

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 08:57

It has definitely helped not having the stress of work but then I’ve been having to think of things to keep busy I’m having a shopping day today so literally waiting for the shops to open 😂 I told my partner I'm still PUPO so need a treat 😂 that’s good you work from home I’m going to really struggle with work if this cycle doesn’t work 😭

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 08:59

@Sheffters I’m the same I’d rather symptom spot in silence until I can test not sure if thats the healthiest 😂😂🤷🏼‍♀️

mumtrovert · 22/06/2026 09:01

@PlanBFertility26 oh that’s rubbish! I’ve never had an issue with those tests but will keep that in the back of my mind. Lovely line on your test! Congrats 🙌🏼

@Sheffters good to hear your lines getting a little darker! Keeping everything crossed for you. The wait is agonising isn’t it but you’re over halfway through, you can do this.

@Lucky444 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Blueskycat hope you’re feeling OK this morning!

I woke for a wee last night… (that’s always been my telltale sign of a BFP, but it’s only been once). Today I’m 6dpt and woken up quite dizzy. Really trying not to get carried away with myself but now I’m only 75% convinced it’s not worked instead of 90% 😂 still crampy and have that ‘feeling’ in my uterus, iykyk. But I know that can be all progesterone. In my last BFN cycle by 7dpt all my symptoms had gone and I felt normal, so really hoping I’m still feeling something tomorrow.

mumtrovert · 22/06/2026 09:03

Also @CMGC I hope you’re enjoying your road trip and the baby shower wasn’t too triggering! 🙏🏼

Lucky444 · 22/06/2026 09:05

@mumtrovert dizziness was my tell tale sign last time I was pregnant . I had to lay down at home and had to keep taking sit down breaks at work with water that sounds really promising , I have a good feeling for you xx

PlanBFertility26 · 22/06/2026 09:30

When is everyone planning on testing? X

Congrats on the positive test! ☺️
Hopefully next Monday when they do the hcg test. I’m trying not to test early but it’s still early days! 3DPT now. Had horrible reflux last night and this morning.
I had acupuncture before the transfer and it kept me calm over the weekend. So grateful that I found this thread. ❤️

mumtrovert · 22/06/2026 10:12

Oh I hope so @Lucky444 😭😭🙏🏼 if this doesn’t work it’s another EC for me and I really really don’t want to go through all of that again

@PlanBFertility26 I’ll test on Thurs morning at 9dpt. Usually I’d test 8dpt but my mum comes to our house first thing on a Weds to look after my DS and she doesn’t know what we’re doing (although she’ll have an inkling from me not drinking at the wedding, she knows we’ve been doing IVF for the past year I just don’t tell her exactly when). So if it’s negative I can’t face her tbh and I probably wouldn’t go into work, which I can’t do when my mum and DS are at home. Would just want a day to myself to let it all out and my DS goes to nursery on Thurs.
