Anyone Doing FET/IVF Cycles in November 2025?

Hello ladies, anyone doing an FET or IVF next month? I am on a 3 month down regulation protocol and just did my last lupron depot injection yay! I start embryo transfer prep on the 1st of November, it will be nice to chat with anyone on a similar timeline for support and banter to get us through 😊 Xx

Also on Lubion. I started Lubion the day after FET because progesterone level was a bit low from the blood test. I find using ice cubes to numb the injection site beforehand helpful. It takes away the sting. @Cornish13 @tryinghopefully

Hi everyone just catching up. I've started stims this evening I'm on 450 meriofert. My period started properly Fri night so I'll call my clinic in the morning.
Does anyone take Co-Q10 and know how much we can take daily? I already take conception pregnacare. Holland & Barrett told me I couldn't take more than 100mg a day but Google tells me otherwise??!!
What probiotics do people take please any advice? Wishing you all so much luck.

I've been on Buserelin (long protocol) since last sunday and just got my period so A/w the clinic to confirm when downregulation scan is, sounds like we are very much on the same timeline @Sequins04, is this your first cycle?

Sorry for the silence since transfer it's been a busy weekend! My transfer all went okay, was told the grade was a BB and it had started hatching. Felt a little bit of pinching Friday night (which I'm hoping was implantation) but apart from that not much, feel abit like my period is about to start though so I'm not feeling very hopeful. I had my friends hen do so did lots of walking around Dublin and didn't have the best few nights of sleep and 2 very long days so I'm worried I didn't rest enough after, not feeling very hopeful today to be honest. I'm going to test tomorrow (6dpt) which is when I've had my positives in the past.

I have caught up on all messages and hope everyone is doing okay.

@waitingforourmiracle sounds like a lovely weekend in Dublin though! I also feel like my period is coming as I have my usual pre period symptoms 🙄I have booked the day off of work though and spent the day listening to Christmas music and baking to try and make me feel better about the inevitable. I haven’t tested since day 5 when I got the negative and my OTD is Wednesday but I think I’m just going to rip off the bandaid and do it tomorrow. I’ve binned all tests in my house so need to go and buy a test 🤢 x

@Cornish13 I did have a great time, lots of laughs and a good distraction! Yeah me too, I feel like a full feeling lower down if that makes any sense! Slightly sore boobs but nothing really obvious, I had a day on the couch yesterday and watched Love Actually to make me feel better 😋best of luck tomorrow, have everything crossed for you x

@Rayofsunshine22 you can buy COQ10 in 200 dose, but I read somewhere that you can only absorb so much at a time, so if you take more to take it morning and night instead of in one go.

That's exciting @RavenWillow - hope the clinic get back to you soon to confirm the next steps. I'm hoping my period will arrive by the end of the week, to get started on stims too. If all goes well it'll be a fresh cycle with our first ever transfer in early December so fingers crossed! Bit horrified by all the drugs I've been sent, so just trying to take it one stage at a time - downreg, stims, collection etc.

@Sequins04 im the same. I will be honest this period is kicking my ass.. I normally get pretty bad ones due to endo but this is something else. Got sent home from work today and having a day off tomorrow. Clinic have confirmed my down regulation scan on Monday 17th so hopefully will be able to start stims from then. I also couldn't believe how much medication was sent! On buserelin at the moment then to continue with that and start meriofert once clinic confirm can start stims. We will also be doing our first ever fresh transfer as long as everything goes ok. From what I've read im just hoping we have a few good quality spare embryos to freeze also. This is all a bit of a minefield!

@RavenWillow I'm so sorry you're feeling rough and hope work are being kind/you can have a good rest tomorrow. The nurse did say to me periods are really unpredictable on downreg, and also can turn up unexpectedly too, so although mine's due late this week, it could be anytime.That's great news your scan is booked. My protocol sounds similar, although I'm going to be stimming on Ovaleap alongside the Buserelin (which I'm finding stings quite a bit, and then takes a while for the lump to absorb). Oh wouldn't that be the dream, getting enough embryos to freeze some too! My big fear atm is that none develop, so am keeping everything crossed that we manage to at least make one!

Mine was on time and its definitely been rough, much better to be at home resting though. I found jt was really stinging and was getting lumps but seems to be easier now. Tend to take a little more time with it and its better. I squeeze to get the needle in then let my skin go flat and wait a second before injecting slow and steady and has been so much better. Think I was in a rush to just get it done before and it actually made it worse. Oh 100% its just scary with the unknown of what is going to happen, trying not to think about it too much but its hard not to!

Morning ladies, I tested this morning and I’ve got the faintest positive ever, barely there but definitely a line. To be honest I’m still not feeling overly hopeful and already think it may be a chemical, hopefully I’m wrong. On my last 2 transfers I’ve clearly been able to see the line on day 6, maybe a late implantation?

I hate that this process takes all the excitement of seeing 2 lines, I can’t help but feel like it’s too good to be true 😢

I have my decision scan today at midday! If all is fine, then I trigger tonight and start progesterone on Thursday for transfer next Tuesday. Eeek!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately things are not going well for me. I had very clear and lovely pregnancy testa with a nice progression, however, I have been spotting since 5dp5dt. It’s a weird spotting, light brown and watery. I suspect ectopic pregnancy, as I have some mild cramping more on the left side of my belly. I spoke with the nurses and they want to rule out ectopic by tracking my HCG blood level and eventually doing an early scan. I am scared and gutted…

@waitingforourmiracle I have just done my blood test. They will call me this afternoon and advise on next steps, which is liky going to be another HCG blood test..

My blood test was negative on Saturday so my fresh transfer didn’t take. Now on meds for a FET cycle around Thanksgiving- hoping for something to be VERY thankful for at the end of the month.

@2ndtimethecharm i tested this morning with 2 different tests and I have very very faint positives, which i’m too scared to be excited about as they are so faint for day 10. I’ve gone and bought a load more tests and possibly going to book in a HCG blood test.

So sorry you’ve had a negative. My fresh was also negative and I also didn’t like it. My natural FET was very very different and a lot nicer on you. I have every hope it’ll work for you xx

I’m now 10 days past my FET and tested this morning with my second morning wee. At first I thought it was negative so went off crying then came back and saw these lines. They’re very faint which is what’s scaring me! Are they too light to be a sustainable pregnancy? I’m worried it’s a chemical 😫

@Cornish13 I can see the line too, how long after you tested did they show? Honestly this process just feels so cruel with so much uncertainty, I'd maybe test again tomorrow to see if the lines get stronger? Could possibly be a late implanter x

@waitingforourmiracle maybe 5 minutes. As I assumed negative and went off to cry then came back to hurt myself some more and saw the lines. I’ve just bought some tests and will test again on my first morning wee x
