Anyone Doing FET/IVF Cycles in November 2025?

Hello ladies, anyone doing an FET or IVF next month? I am on a 3 month down regulation protocol and just did my last lupron depot injection yay! I start embryo transfer prep on the 1st of November, it will be nice to chat with anyone on a similar timeline for support and banter to get us through 😊 Xx

my goodness but this is way too early to test!! the embryo doesn't even connect to your bloodstream until day 3-5, so there's no way it would pick up hcg on day 3. just hold off with testing!

@PlanBFertility i think that’s super early and I’m an early tester? I tested at 4DPT in the morning and it was completely stark! In the PM I tested and I had a very slight line! Barely could see it but it was there!

Yes def too early! My bloods were 151 at 8do5dt which they said was good! Just need to check they double on sat 🙏

@NS05 great you got your bloods done today! Mine are booked for next Wednesday am! Feeels like forever to wait! 😩! Keep wishing the evenings away to gef to testing!

@Peonies94they said I could go earlier as I asked and had a positive test! It will come so quick anyway!

@PlanBFertility I was so tempted to test on 3dpt too but I waited to 4dp5dt and did get a vvv faint line but I don’t know how much of that was the trigger shot. Even 4dp5dp is ridiculously early so don’t feel your out by any stretch ✨🤞✨🤞✨

Curious if anyone has been given the video lapse of the embryo developing? I often see them posted on social media so wondered if clinics usually provide them! Would love one of our embryo

Had my progesterone had oestrogen measured today. Progesterone has gone from 119 (on day of transfer) to 124. Oestrogen has reduced from 397 to 306. Been advised to use oestrogen patches. Worried why it’s dropped?

@Peonies94 yes I have mine ☺️ I just requested it from my clinic and the embryology team sent it. I’m with LWC.

My estrogen levels dropped loads today, they said not to worry as they fluctuate loads depending on time of day etc!

I got a negative test this morning :( I'm 5dp5dt. I'm certain this hasn't worked for me my chances were so low with no blastocyst anyway. I can already feel period symptoms are here and it's imminent.
This is the worst time of year to have another failed round. I'm so worried this will never work for me now.

@Rayofsunshine22i had the faintest test 5d5dt it wasn’t even visible in photos! I would wait until 7dp5dt if you can! 🙏🙏

4dpt today, negative. This time last cycle I had implantation bleeding and a faint positive 😢

Think I’m just over sensitive because I lost my little miracle so seems even more cruel somehow if this doesn’t work

@PlanBFertility oh my goodness I wasn’t aware you had a loss, I’m so sorry. It’s no wonder you’re a bit more sensitive this time around. Honestly all the research I’ve done says there’s no point testing before day 6 or 7. The embryo only starts implanting on day 3 and it takes it a few days to start producing hcg after it’s burrowed in. Try to give yourself a break from testing if you can. The final result won’t change but it might be good for you to give it some time and have a more clear answer when you test next?

@zirafica thank you for your kind words. I lost my little 4AB in August. Viability scan was all ok but at private scan at 10 weeks showed little one had died a few days after I first saw them. Utterly devastating. It took us 3 cycles to even get a blastocyst so we really thought it was our time.

@PlanBFertility I’m so sorry! That’s so tough! Really is heartbreaking after you’ve gone through so much to get there adds so much more to it! I’ve been there with the cancelled cycles and no blasts and it’s honestly heartbreaking, then to get a pregnancy and lose it, so sorry you’ve been through all of this! Sending love, be kind to yourself

IVF is one hell of a journey, that’s for sure!
