Just as the post says... cycle day 1 of my first IVF round, 20 days until I start Norethisterone then Menopur & Fyremadel.
Looking for others starting cycle or in the cycle for some company.

@Imisscoffee2021 that's amazing news! It's great you have progress on the CB too! Ectopics are very rare so try not to think about that. Twinges are really normal. Have you told clinic yet? I'm guessing you'll have a blood test this week too. I really really hope this is it for you guys!! 🤞🏻

AF arrived for me today so just emailed clinic to ask if they want me in tomorrow for baseline or whether to leave it as Wednesday as last time we didn't start stims until day 3 as my lining was too thick. Can't believe how quick it's come around

Update from me, I had a scan last week that showed I had ovulated after all, unfortunately I am spotting today so AF will be here at the weekend. Starting a medicated FET next cycle to transfer my 3BC.

Should this fail then this does, after all, give me time to start my second funded cycle just before I turn too old!

Is anyone else gearing up for a FET in a few weeks? I have to take tablets three times a day from day 2 of my period.

@Imisscoffee2021 over the moon for you! You give us all hope :) did you do a second blood test yet? Progress on CB is very promising. Could you please remind me if your FET cycle was medicated or natural? I read my clinic's protocol and it seems I have to be on Supercur injections for a few weeks? I thought I didn't need anymore injections if I'm doing a FET.

@Decaffe I hope this transfer sticks and if for any reason it doesn’t you can push for another cycle! I think I’ll request for my FET to be post Christmas. Im trying new supplements but I think the only thing that will work for me is a large dosage of estrogen!

This is such a rollercoaster week, was just starting to feel safe in this bfp and at the airport, had a pink gush when wiping, and investigating a bit with loo roll found some fresh light red blood :( I've had really wierd tight hip pain and right side stabbings today, wonder if there's a connection. Why can't this just be straightforward! Haven't got any yesterday left too so tomorrow will be a day of dread and mystery till I can check :(

@Imisscoffee2021 really really hoping it’s nothing and just normal. I’ve heard bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy. Also the progesterone can also cause some mild bleeding. Hope you’re back home now and can relax a bit. Hope it doesn’t get any heavier. Thinking of you X

@Tinkerbell098 thank you, so horrible to see it when all going well :( I'm actually now stuck on a delayed plane, as there's a problem with the engine, last plane tonight! I've ran out of meds that I brought with me which is added stress to prospect of another night at the folks, and not many seats on trains tomorrow because of the strike knock on, this isn't turning out to be a great evening for me! Hope the spotting stops, I'll happily be stranded if that happens, wroth of my boss when I'm not in tomorrow notwithstanding!

@Imisscoffee2021 oh no that's horrible to go through especially when you're on your own too! Hope it's just implantation/irritation from the pessaries and there's nothing else for you. It really is a rollercoaster this whole journey isn't it! Hope you get home quickly and keeping everything crossed for you x

Thank you @seekingbabyk , was just a shock to see when I've had nothing like that since the few pink wipes on the Sunday that must have been implantation day.

@Tinkerbell098 my plane was cancelled after 3 hours sitting on the tarmac, so I'm now on an early train instead! Nice to see my parents for a few more hours but so so tired now! I'm good, I didn't have anymore spotting, but then I did put I'm progesterone pessaries so that may be stopping it/blocking it so not sure. The wierd stitch like pain and rightbaide hip pain has eased up and I don't have nausea as much this morning, and boobs dont hurt anymore but I've had fluctuating symptoms so I'm just going to try and relax. I'm getting an hcg test done even I arrive in London, that should give me an answer tomorrow before noon. I'm debating whether I tell my husband til I get that result but I think I'm just being protective of him, he'll want to know everything and be there for the ups and downs! Feels strange to tell him I'm pregnant but not feel as though we can celebrate yet! Really just want another beta test so I can see what's going on as I've only had results from that fjrst one at 11dpo, the ones drawn for 14dpo haven't come yet!

@Imisscoffee2021 Aww sorry you had a crap evening but glad you're on the way home now. I really feel your pain. Why can't this be so straightforward? We've been through crap to get to this stage and it's still causing so much anxiety! We are all warriors. So try and keep positive and have hope. Glad the spotting has stopped. That's a good sign. Hope you get your beta result from 14 dpo soon. Massive virtual hug X

My bleeding's stopped now (I hope it stays that way!) and HPT is stark white. So hope I can properly move on now. The counselling appointment they offered after the miscarriage is finally booked now for tomorrow morning. Hope it will be helpful.

@Tinkerbell098 that's great you're having a counselling session, my clinic offers them too and they must be so useful, it can be a lonely journey even with your partner by your side x

Well I had another hcg today, amazing London clinic - had the draw at 11:30 and then got the results at 4pm! It's gone up from 33.2 at 11dpo to 357 at 18dpo, not not stellar results but I guess I started low with hcg, I'm just so relieved it's in the hundreds! X

@Imisscoffee2021 ahh thats great news, and positive that it's increasing! It's so hard not to worry when we observe the changes in our body - however it's a totally positive sign that there's such an increase in the HCG! Hope you're able to relax after the busy days you've had. 💛

@Imisscoffee2021 that's great news! When is your clinic doing a blood test? It'll be really good having your test today to compare to as well! I'm so glad its looking more positive for you!x

Hope the counselling is helpful @Tinkerbell098. You've been through a lot, it can take it's toll emotionally and physically and I hope having someone to talk through it will make it easier. 💛

@Imisscoffee2021 that's really great! Are you close to 5 weeks now? next week you could get a scan done perhaps, if your clinic isn't doing one? All looks really positive! Hope you've relaxed a little bit now.

@MinBins the counsellor wasn't very well this morning, although she still made the appointment despite not being able to talk much. Appreciate her not cancelling, but probably couldn't get the most out of the session. We've got another one in a couple of weeks so hopefully it will help. I'm generally ok now, but certain things still are triggering and I breakdown every now and then. Having to do a test yesterday to confirm no hCG was one of the triggers. I'm sure I'll heal with time, just have to accept it will take a bit longer to fully heal. How are you doing?

@Decaffe it's great you can start soon. That must be a relief. I don't know when my FET would be yet. Guess I need to get my cycles back in order to do anything. Just dreading having to do injections again as my clinic does Buserelin for three weeks for a FET!

@seekingbabyk My clinic don't do blood tests unless you have a faint line on a pregnancy test, and I had my first dye stealer on a FRER today. I've booked one more private bloods to check progression ahead of my scan on 25th, and am still getting symptoms so hopefully all is well in there! Bit of pink spotting today, barely there compared to the other day. I've been in bed all day with a headache that went into migraine territory, always get this before my period but it seems to be a hormone headache - if I get a baby at the end of this ill take all the horrible symptoms 😅

@Tinkerbell098 sorry your session wasn't as good as hoped, how many do you get to have?

@Imisscoffee2021 awwww this is so exciting to have good progress! Sorry you're not feeling 100% with it but as you said if you get a little one at the end it'll be worth it! How did hubby take the news?

I had my baseline today and starting stims tonight. 8 follicles one side and 7 on the other. Feel so much better going into this round - possibly a bit too relaxed to the point I didn't put the ovitrelle in the fridge so now need to buy another one. However a few places are saying if you use it within 28 days it's ok out of the fridge. Asked clinic to confirm - can anyone tell me what they did? It seems to vary!
