Clomid journey thread 2!

So I thought I would start a new thread as we reached 1k comments so can't post!!! @chloedancer897 @Luna1108 sorry will try tag others !
anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

@beth1311 I was the same the first couple of times but the last two times I knew it was just stupid long cycles which drive me crazy! Your clomid should help to regulate your cycle a bit though, I think you're supposed to ovulate 10-14 days after taking the last tablet

Been for my scan. Follicle has not grown so got a blood test and find out this afternoon the results to see if if I am going to ovulate. I'm not holding out much hope. And will get one more scan to see if anything changed. I don't know how much longer I can cope with this. X

Ok so had my results and whatever hormone they tested for was 412 so they said that's a good sign and I might ovulate this weekend. TMI sorry but ive had clear CM today aswell. Back Monday for another scan. Follicle is 13mm and not grown since Monday so I'm a bit confused? Xx

@J90A maybe they need to up your dose, I've seen with a lot of people that their body seems to get used to clomid after a couple of cycles.

@Marvellouslymadmum yes there going to after this cycle but she said as blood results are 412 it's a good sign (needed over 300 I think it's oestrogen) and I might ovulate over the weekend but I'm confused as I've read follicles at 13mm may not ovulate. Xx

Thoughts on this? Close?

@J90A yes I'd say that's definitely close to ovulation! I picked up my tablets today and currently 9dpo so should be starting in a week 😬

Had my scan today and he said he was hopeful for ovulation. Then I got my bloods results which are negative for progesterone so I haven't ovulated but she said that was good news and that I'm back in for a scan on Thursday. I'm so confused I'm CD 19 now has anyone ovulated late on clomid ?

... he meant he was hopeful for ovulation over the weekend. And I asked if the 13mm follicle was there and he said no? Im not understanding this at all. X

@J90A I know quite a few people have late ovulation on clomid and the progesterone being low is good because it indicates you haven't missed ovulation yet, I'm not sure about the follicle though

@Marvellouslymadmum thank you. That's good to here. I called back apparently the follicle is smaller and irregular. I think I'm done for this month but find out for certain on Thursday. Xx

@J90A that's strange, not heard if that before! Should be starting my tablets this weeks as I'm 13dpo today and temps dropping so Sure I'll have all sorts of weird things happen to me!

Hi all how are you doing?? My af arrived this evening at 8pm so I'm thinking if I take my first clomid tomorrow evening that should be day2 what do you think?

@Marvellouslymadmum I had my scan today and even the dr say they were confused. So I have a large cyst which the think is giving off the hormones. Had an injection today and started provera.

What days are you take clomid? I'm 3-7 xx

@J90A ahh that makes sense if you have a cyst, that happened to someone else I spoke to on clomid too. I'm days 2-6 xx

@Marvellouslymadmum oh did it do you know if they managed to conceive or resolve the cyst? Yeah today sounds good for clomid then! Good luck 🤞 xx

@J90A she had to wait that month for the cysts to go then tried a second month and had the same thing. They took her off the clomid and she had a round of ivf which was successful. I think the cyst kept occurring because she had pcos and overstimulated on the clomid

@J90A yes she didn't have an injection or anything as she had multiple Cysts so you may be ok!

I still have no period, am CD70 and going insaaane!

POAS negative, HCG blood test also negative.
All the pregnancy symptoms under the sun, but no period!

I even wrote a haiku about it;

Where are you, Aunt Flo?
Not here, not pregnant, oh no
Where are you, you bitch?

Anyone ever gotten pregnant and had negative tests and bloods? I'm desperate x
