Hi So after my ER i had 9 eggs all mature and 7 fertilised with ISCI, on day 3 all 7 where still all be it 1 a bit slower. So i have been booked in today for my ET. I am so worried about this as my lining wasnt where it needed to be but at ER the dr said it looked fine but had not measured it.

So anyone that's had ET do they measure and check before you have the embryo implanted ? Then im so anxious already for 2ww xx thanks ladies

Also if anyone else is similar would love to wait with you

Morning all 👋🏼

@HJF84 that’s really weird!

@MrsLouB I think they really should do a blood test - it’s the least they could do after everything ivf patients go through! Even to know there are low levels of hcg would be helpful no?

MrsLouB · 05/12/2019 07:39

@kell2126 yes you would think so as that would tell me one way or another maybe they will if i get a faint on there test but im not holding my breath

@kell2126 I wanted to ask you did you do a Fresh cycle prior to the FET? if so how long did they make you wait ?

I am just thinking about my 2 frosties and moving forward, plus I need to thicken my lining again x

How are you today ?

Yes, I did a fresh cycle in July which was a BFN. We didn't get a review appointment till October, which felt like far too long to wait but they said it was the earliest appointment they had. I complained about this to the doctor at the review appointment, saying that at 39 years old I don't have nearly 6 months to waste between cycles and he actually apologised and said that I should have been told that I could have rung to see if there were cancellations. So frustrating but totally characteristic of my experience with this NHS clinic.

Are you NHS or private? Either way, you've got a good shot with two more in the freezer.

I am doing good today, thanks – confirmed the BFP with a digi today so feeing hopeful and very, very lucky and grateful, but I also know there's a long way to go till we're out of the danger zone so not allowing myself to get overexcited. Still no symptoms really either!

I am keeping everything crossed for you and @HJF84 tomorrow.

x

You and me both @MrsLouB. I just had the call from the clinic to say it was BFN.

Hopefully it will be third time lucky for me. We have two Frosties, so I'll ask for both to be transferred.

Good luck @Jem01!

And wishing you a sticky bean @kell2126

MrsLouB · 06/12/2019 16:55

@HF84 I am sorry it sucks I was and am still so upset. I have two frosties to and will be asking for both to go in too! Do they normally make you wait a while? this will be our 2nd and last attempt after 13 years trying naturally and now this :-)

Wishing you the best of luck @Jem01 let us know how you get on x xx

I'm so sorry @HJF84 Sad

I think I am probably going to have a chemical. I did another clear blue digi this morning and it showed 'pregnant 1-2' but FRERs were lighter today than yesterday so I went to a private clinic for a beta test and just got the result and it's 19 (14dpo), which is very much on the low side. Not at all hopeful now.

Wishing you better luck @fool11 x

kell2126 · 06/12/2019 17:19

Oops sorry I meant to wish @Jem01 better luck
