@kelly199 yes was good thanks! Well two aday for 6 days then have to take 3 a day after that I assume till transfer

Was out with my sister today(whos pregnant) and she started askin bout the ivf appt i almost burst in tears! I feel soo bad i feel like im puttin a dampener on her experience, i dnt want this to put a wedge between us but its soo hard😢 im totally excited for her she ll b a great mum but shes my younger sister this isnt how you imagine it to work out...@KH87 welcome i honestly dnt know how uve coped ttc that long fx ul now get some answers and the help u need x @Kelly199 how are you hun @squirrelnutkins1 enjoy ur holiday @FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF when did u say ur transfer would be sorry i know u prob said but my memorys crap lol @veeboo u doing k uve been quiet?if ur takin a break thats fine we ll catch up soon

@kelly199 thanks the headache is starting seems to be my thing I assume it’s just my body’s way of coping so I’m going to assume it will be a bad one tomorrow just got to make sure I’m drinking plenty!!

2fingers22018 sorry your feeling upset I’m sure your sister doesn’t think your putting a dampener on it all! I’m sure she may be thinking it’s awkward aswell! Big hugs to you!! It’s looking like the 17th but will now more at my next scan which is the 11th to see how my lining getting on

@FinallytakingtheplungwithIVF thats whats upsettin me that things are awkward between us i dnt want to her feel guilty talking about her pregnancy but she does i know she does i can feel it. Its horrible😟 nxt wk then xciting i bet u cant wait until its all done now! X

@2fingers22018 we just kept putting off going to see the doctor hoping every month it would be the month. It’s started to get harder and harder every failed month so knew we had to get seen and tested.

I am sure your sister understands, hope your feeling ok now. Are you doing ivf or just at the information stage?

@kelly - back at work after half term and such a busy day back at school 🙈

Quick Q; a few days after I get a positive ovulation test (so to long to be ovulation pains I think!) I get the worst period type aches below my hip bones. You know that burning ache?! I have no idea what it is!

@KH87 we did the exact same we re 4yrs ttc now, just got an appt to start ivf beginning of nxt month. Well we have to fillout consent forms and get bloods taken @FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF dont be silly its fine lol @GreyC i knew theyd b ttc they just got married so i did have time to think bout it but its still tough i was like u waiting on the phone call. Im weird with ovulation pains i normally get cramps over a wk before i get af, dnt mean to worry u but have u been checked for cysts on ur ovaries?

@2fingers - I paid to have a private scan and they didn’t say anything about any cysts on my ovaries. I’m due to have another scan on Wednesday so a good check Incase anything new. I get some period pains but always after ovulation time i get pains. So strange!

@2fingers22018 aww must be so hard. Don't feel bad the way you feel, it's totally understandable. Fingers crossed you'll have your good news soon and these feelings will be a thing of the past, but for now, let yourself feel how you feel. At least we understand and you can come and rant on here. Since I've been on clomid I've had pains intermittently until my af. Although, they weren't intense? So I'm not sure.. you have it every month do you? Ask when you go for your scan xx

Hey everyone, thanks for the messages and for thinking of me. Hope you're all OK. I'm massively behind on everyone's news.

We're having a month off ttc as got my hsg on Thursday. I'm quite liking not being hyper aware of my body and cycle. I'm having a scan as well on Thursday so it should show I've ovulated this cycle. Undecided whether to stop ttc until the consultant appointment as I've got the hysteroscopy in August too. Thinking it might be nice to have a proper break. Things are still stressful, dh is still ill, although home now, my nan is still holding on and I'm really run down with a horrible cold. Roll on next Saturday for our holiday.

Hoping you're all OK, I'll try and get up to speed... Xxx

Update from me now I’m taking the progynova there are no more night sweats or hot flushes so that’s good news!! Headache has gone aswell! So no real symptoms from this. a week till my next scan just want it to hurry up and get here so I can hopefully start count down till transfer! Mind you I am worried about having the whole full bladder to do this while having my legs in stirrups and someone pressing on my stomach to scan me! Must remember to ask the question of the best way to go about it can just imagine it be me that’s wee’s on some one 😱

@VenusStarr hope your hsg will go ok tomorrow.
Yes, it would nice for a break! Be nice not to constantly be monitoring etc.

Haha, I think I'd worry the same! Whatever the case, I'm sure they've seen it all before and heard it all before. Everyone probably worries about the same thing lol.

I got some blood tests back yesterday and I have an under active thyroid starting medication for it so hopefully that improves our chances. Still doing the other tests to check there’s nothing else wrong with us.

@KH87 ive heard that can affect fertility id say thats a gd thing its easily fixed with meds my aunty had it yrs ago and now she takes meds its fine fx this is the solution u need x @Kelly199 how u gettin on with ur clomid? @VenusStarr happy to hear u back on here sorry its been soo rough for u hun hugs did they ever find out what was causing ur OH to b ill? Oh no is ur nan ill aswell? Poor u! Bad enough worryin bout 1family member never mind2! Try and enjoy ur hol sounds like u need it @FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF i know it has been unusually quiet lol do u need a full bladder during the transfer or is it a scan before? God that does sound bad when i had my hycosy i kept tensing up worryin a bit of pee might come out😂the things that go through ur mind during all this stuff makes u paranoid lol

@KH87 sorry about your thyroid, but at least you're being medicated for it now!
