Hi, me and my husband have had all our tests done and have been referred for IVF on NHS funding, we have been told that there should be no reason why we shouldn’t get funding but I am wondering what the time frames are on when we will receive our letter to state we have the funding to when when we will get the next appointment and timescales on treatment, we have always knew what the fertility issue was but we have had to have all tests going to rule out anything else before referring us and this has taken nearly 1 and a half years so am unsure on how long the next bit will take, any info from anyone would be greatly appreciated x

Hi. Thanks. Egg transfer went well. It was like a smear test.

@venusStarr I has a call Monday transfer. 3 eggs fertilised. I'm so happy I've come so far ... but scared and nervous at the same time got a long way to go still .. @babydoll19 so happy for you . How many embryos did they transfer for you ? And any precautions you need to take ?

Felt like a smear test. They transferred 2 embryos. They said to rest first day, from 2nd day carry on as normal. Good luck your finally at the last stage. After 2 weeks they ask u to do a preg test. They will give u pregnancy test in a envelop with the test date written.

Oh yeah you have to keep on taking pessaries too

How is everyone getting along ..

Had my first appointment yesterday @Hoping4miracles, going to have laparoscopy, hycosy and ultrasound then back in about 4 months. Glad they're investigating, thought we would be discharged after the miscarriage.

Another week

22nd is my test day @venusStarr @babydoll19 do you have any symptoms or anything ?

20th is my test day. I just feel hungry non stop. This is due the pessaries, (which i read in different forum people been complaining about constantly being hungry.although its not a side effect of the pressary on the nhs website. I think NHS needs to put it on their website as a side effect) and keep feeling gassy and needing the wee alot.

@babydoll19 I'm always hungry too lol .
