Oh thank you QOQ. I just wanted a factual running report so this is great. I hate being stuck at work and feeling so uniformed. My BF works in Tabernacle St and can only email me later today.

I have just read on skynews that the man who was shot this morning had been trailed from his home as a suspect for the Oval bombng and was not carrying explosives today. He obviously was treated as a major threat.

Yes kidstrack it is apparently the man who bombed the OVal according to skynews.

R5 saying gunshots neeen heard from the raid on harrow road and a police source saying it is actually one of several raids taking place today.

God they don't give up easily do they!

I have not seen news on southampton you could always ring them and ask.

CD sharklet posted that s'ton airport station was closed earlier in this thread.

They are now searching a house near Paddington.

Police have also now said they are issue CCTV images of the four men involved yesterday - BBC to have more soon.

It was on the Local Lunchtime News that S'oton Airport / Station had been closed and evacuated in connection.... They didn't say much else.
