No sympathy for him in general. He seems to have exploited a sick woman for all she was worth.

However he is therefore very vulnerable to false allegations (so jury's out here).

I dont like him, and acknowledge he is a thug.
BUT since JAde died the press are desperate for him to do something wrong.
He cant seem to go anywhere or talk to any girls without the press accusing him of blemishing Jades name.

There is absolutely no way of any one of us knowing whether this is true or not.

Unfortunately his previous record makes it easy for me to believe this is possibly true. Just as her past makes it hard for me to believe Jordan's (timely) claims to have been raped.

Different sides of the same coin - some people, even when they may well be completely innocent, are hard to feel much empathy for.

I am sure he has the potential to be guilty, but he is also wide open to being exploited too.

no he is not very bright, but imo that does not excuse his thuggish behaviour, hopefull now he is back in prison we will be free from him for a while.

he's not back in prison though, he is on bail.

I'm presuming if there is a charge of rape against him then the CPS consider there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a prosecution.

I just hope this case isn't prejudiced by all the media hype that has surrounded him since Jade Goody was diganosed/died.

Like every other person in this country he is entitled to a fair trail and the media will reduce his chances of this happening.
