Answer the questions here and it will tell you who you really want, apparently. Haven't done it yet...

Done it - Lib Dem - what a surprise!

weird - I was lib dem but it says:
The LibDems take a strong stand against tax cuts and a strong one in favour of public services: they would make long-term residential care for the elderly free across the UK, and scrap university tuition fees. They are in favour of a ban on smoking in public places, but would relax laws on cannabis. They propose to change vehicle taxation to be based on usage rather than ownership.

But I didnt agree about free long term care for the elderly, or relaxing laws on cannabis or vehicle taxation!

Sure this isnt sponsored by the Lib dems

Another one here who got Lib Dem? Didn't anyone get anything else?

ladymuck · 15/04/2005 17:03

I got conservative, though with Green rather closely behind (and Labour with a -27).

How nice it would be to cherry pick policies...

Perhaps it just proves that the Left Wing/Socialist party is really the LibDem and not Labour at present?

Though as I was going thorugh I could spot some of the LibDem/Conservative policies straight off, but not the Labour ones??? Or are they the ones that you wouldn't immediatley win a vote one - "yes please lock up "suspects" indefinitely without any rights".

mummytosteven · 15/04/2005 17:14

Lib Dem with Green 2nd

Caligula · 15/04/2005 17:21

What a surprise
NOT

Gobbledigook · 15/04/2005 17:21

Won't work now - traffic is overwhelming apparently!

SeaShells · 15/04/2005 17:29

Oh thats a surprise, apparently I should vote Lib dem! labour came second and the green party third. Conservative very much last. Think I will still be voting labour though, purely as I feel it is still a 2 horse race and would NOT want the conservatives in!

Polina · 15/04/2005 17:52

I got the Green Party, and Labour with -42. Wonderful!

maisystar · 15/04/2005 18:06

Gobbledigook · 15/04/2005 18:58

Nutcracker - I hope you've got your hard hat on

hunkermunker · 15/04/2005 18:59

Lib Dem: 38
Green: 21
UKIP: 1
Conservative: -23
Labour: -60

The site's apparently not at all biased in favour of any party. I'm voting LD anyway - wouldn't vote Labour in a fit

Tinker · 15/04/2005 19:00

Lib Dem for me and minus 65 on Tories But I disagreed with free residential care for elderly

hunkermunker · 15/04/2005 19:00

I wonder what would happen if everyone who said "Well, I want to vote Lib Dem, but don't want Labour/Tories in again, so will vote for Tories/Labour"?

PuffTheMagicDragon · 15/04/2005 19:03

The Green Party

debs26 · 15/04/2005 19:07

lib dem 40, tories -53. was neutral on care for elderly as i think it depends on circumstances but am against scrapping tuition fees (ooh and me a student too!). someone has posted what it says about lib dems, can anyone post what it says about other parties? am quite interested to know
