kfeds lawyer says he has full custody and that britney has given up custody and her lawyer says britney has more access time.

ive really come to love Britney Spears, i so hope she sorts herself out comes back with astounding success and really fulfils her potential. Whats important is the family as a whole and if that means the kids being with there father while she heals than thats great, im sure he's a great dad, and im sure the kids are pleased as punch seeing their mum happier and getting better, who knows what will happen in the future, the first step is closing the door on all the bitterness and feuding, i think it will all turn out great for all of them.

It makes me feel all warm inside to think of her getting her act together.

so are we saying that she's given up her kids so as to avoid being further shamed in court? or are we saying something a lot nicer?

her legal 'team' say it's just the end of this episode and she'll be in a better shape when she is better.
I agree and would like to think it will happen.

what does that mean, the end of the episode? that she'll come back when she's better and fight for custody again? interesting that he wasn't asking for full custody but she gave it to him anyway.

I'm hoping that it's because they have mutually agreed (rather than one being 'bulldozed' into agreement) to sort custody in a private and reasonable manner.

The more Ms Spears and her children are kept away from the paps the better, really. She's been very unwell and the press have been quite unfair to her I think.

you could see it coming a mile off. rememeber when she did that song about how she just wanted to be normal? there was a video with her looking like she hated her life. that was right at the beginning of her career, she should have been more protected from the start.

tbh i wouldn't be surprised if her people had told her not to get involved in a court case as it'd spell the end of her career.

what career? Realistically she no longer has a career.

and her people will be the very last people on the face of the earth to think that. apparently she's in the studio this summer. i think she can come back quite easily, actually.

if she is as reported making a big comeback then i presume "her people" wouldnt want the distraction of a big custody court case hanging over her.
