Is there a thread about the crash in Ireland? Didn’t want to repeat but can’t find one.

I haven’t seen one OP, but I haven’t actively looked either.
What do you specifically want to discuss about it? Everything I’ve read about it is from the BBC news website.
It’s a terrible and shit thing. Fucking tragic for everyone involved, including the responders to the scene.
