Britney has lost custody of her kids.

Reports from the US say Britney Spears has lost custody of her children.

The Showbiz website Access Hollywood says that Los Angeles court documents show Kevin Federline would be granted custody of the couple's two children,
Sean Preston and Jayden James, on October 3.

Federline would retain custody "until further notice of the Court", the website said.

This is really sad but I think that the fact that so many of her alleged inner circle have jumped ship recently is probably indicative of her mental state. Her body guard who she allegedly fired for refusing to pick her bag up off the floor testified that she was taking drugs in front of the babies. Hopefully this will be the shock she needs to get back on track.

I duobt kevin is much better and I wouldn't be surprised if she did harm to herself.. she seems very ubstable and doesn't appear to have very good advisors.

Personally I think it is the right step, so long as Britney is being helped as well. IE we'll take your kids off for the time being but help you get yourself sorted - rehab, therapy, whatever.

With her apparent state of mind, she is not fit to look after children, and it is about time judges etc did do things like this and take children away from split parents who might be better off with the other parent iyswim.

Kerry Katona - sorry, kids shouldn't be with her til she gets herself sorted out. Same with Britney.

Having said that, I do hope she gets the help she needs and get back on track to be with her babies.

Poor girl and poor children. She needs help and I hope she gets it. This is what so called celebrity does to some.

Feel really sorry for her, she's obviously in a mess and doesn't seem to have any genuine friends just hangers on. Really hope someone helps her out, apparently she's threatened suicide if she loses the kids

Weird. It was the same judge who, just a couple of weeks ago, gave them 50/50 custody and ordered them BOTH to have parenting classes.
