she told the judge she would partake in her court hearing via phone and not in person so the judge sent police to her house and she has been ordered back to court.

american journalist interviewed said that paris hilton has a "bladder weakness" and that this may have been the reason for her being let out for medical reasons.also she was refusing to eat and continually crying.

From what I read earlier the judge was furious at being undermined by the sheriff's dept - I suspect Paris's mama might have got to the sheriff - the Hiltons are going to be a bit sorry they didn't just bite the bullet now, I think.

And she had her own personal private cell away from the riff-raff anyway, didn't she?

i think the hole humiliation it has caused the justice department they should just let her stay at home, because not being able to go out half naked would just be hell for paris, which is worse than prison

I hope the judge realises that the whole of the US is watching this one closely.

I'm sure they'll realise that if she is allowed to serve her time under 'house arrest' every similar defendant will (rightly) expect to be able do the same. 'Celebrity' or not.
