I keep thinking I should go on a diet. Not a big one, I'm not overweight (I don't really wear size 18 jeans!) but I'm hurtling towards 40 and I'm told it starts to get more difficult to control your weight. So I figured if I'm careful now, it won't be a problem.

I was hoping to put weight on when I hit 40.

So far not an ounce, but it has only been a couple of months.

My mum is 67 & the heaviest she ever was, was in 1968 when she was pregnant with twins. She was 9stone 2lb
