Hear hear, mrsglowglow. And so what if some of the survivors don't act exactly how we think they should . There are very few precedents for this tragedy.

c. after the nasty thread in AIBU i thought the poster responsible might try to start a sixth thread as a goady one.

helena I'm so glad MNHQ deleted that thread in AIBU.

Thats why ive started a sixth thread as quick as poss. Because i wouldnt put it past that poster to start thread six with an agenda.

Yes very glad that thread has gone. I'm quite suspicious as to the intentions of certain posters so I'm choosing not to engage at times!

Another issue that seems to be pushed currently on twitter etc is the subletting and amnesty being offered. So many people are now obsessing over the rights and wrongs but I really feel this is detracting from the victims in all of this. The majority of the flats were not sub let and I think the authorities should make this clear. The flats that were privately purchased may well have been let out and yes probably in breach of the lease but this is different to HA tenants sub letting which is what a lot of people are intimating. I am sure the tmo could quite quickly come up with a list but they choose to allow the accusations to continue instead.

Joe Delaney from the Grenfell Action Group was on Channel 4 news tonight mentioning how some sections of the press were reframing the narrative on the tenants.

They really do think that they can "Hillsborough" this.

Yes the tmo are choosing to allow these accusations to continue.
