Were you there, Martianbishop and Intergalacticwalrus?

here

Does anyone raise an eyebrow at the fact that the Chief superintendent of Police, the fourth most powerful policeman in London, is a member?

That the dessert took two weeks to prepare?? (shall we ask for the recipe?).

You forgot the link.

DominiConoor · 24/10/2006 13:28

It is here

DoniniConnor · 24/10/2006 13:40

Someone clearly thinks it is funny to post using a similar version of my name. This is the link I was referring to.

Blu · 24/10/2006 13:45

LOL - that has entertained my office no end....

Um, all I can see on that site is bizarre hymns. Am I looking at the wrong thing?

Blu · 24/10/2006 14:50

I'm glad to see through the links that DC has had a miraculous reconciliation with the church.
forgiveness is the key well done xx

Rhubarb · 24/10/2006 14:55

Well done DC! Lots of Jesus hugs all round then eh? I knew he was a catholic at heart!

expatinscotland · 24/10/2006 15:00

Sometimes I think DC is an Irish nun IRL, venting her frustrations.

Take a load off, sister! Come and join us on the vibrator thread.

Blu · 24/10/2006 15:11

And just hpw did my thread on the dessert served at the opening of a Scientology Church turn into catholics, paedophiles and DC's taking the faith??

OP posts:
Rhubarb · 24/10/2006 15:15

Did Tom Cruise not pop out of the dessert then?

HallgerdaLongcloak · 24/10/2006 15:32

Perhaps you should have posted this thread in the recipes section, Blu .

Boowila · 24/10/2006 16:50

I think it is terribly offensive for someone to go round referring to religion (Christiam, Muslim, Buddist, Hindu, or any other) as superstition. But, then that is what Dominiconor does: types outrageously offfensive acussations which are rarely supported in order to cause offense.

It is just plain rude. He must have a squeaky little you know what complex.

tissy · 25/10/2006 12:27

I'm sorry for mentioning aloha- I couldn't actually recall why she left, but she was (typically) forthright in her atheism, when the opportunity arose. My point was that she wasn't offensive, just atheist and proud of it!

Boowila · 25/10/2006 13:24

Aloha left because she was called a racist on the infamous cartoon furlore thread. I wish she would come back, but sadly I don't think she will.

There'a bit more to the story, but probably better not to rehash all the details.
