There was discussion on the 'could he have foreseen' question on the other thread.
From what I understand it, it's about intent. Should he have foreseen that death would have occurred but acted anyway, that's Culpable Homicide. If he went in intending to kill whomever until they were dead, that's Dolus Eventualis.

I remain set that the Judge is intending to prosecute for the only thing that could be PROVEN to be the case. We can't prove he intended to kill, so that would be thrown out on appeal. We can't prove that he knew it was Reeva, so that would be thrown out on appeal too.
I think it's better that he's given a prosecution that will stick than one that will be thrown out on a technicality at appeal.
Though I remain upset that human life is valued so little by the law.
