According to the Evening Standard, in the Michael Parkinson interview with Kylie he asked if, at 35, "she was a little old to be considering children". Rude git.

I had to disagree with his assumption that it was 'one of the many sacrifices she's had to make because of her career'. It because she hasn't met the right dude yet, surely?!!

She seemed a little taken aback, didn't she? But it did provoke a response, which is, presumably, his job.

Not sure sacrifice is the right word. Surely it's something she's chosen? Sacrifice implies that you've given up on something or missed out because of something else. She still has the chance to have children, so it doesn't seem as though she's sacrificed anything.

I have to say that I do admire her for changing her image and getting back into the music 'scene' after nearly becoming a 'has-been' SAW '80s icon.

I think she sold her soul and her real image is lurking in a portrait in her attic.
