so that's how he did it

By Tom Pettifor | 13 Jan 2013 23:48
Police where Jimmy Savile lived had no record of any sex allegations made against him ? despite a top cop admitting he was aware of scores of complaints about the star.

A Surrey Police report reveals the unnamed inspector from Leeds told officers investigating Savile in 2009 that he was aware of numerous sex abuse allegations against the DJ.

But the West Yorkshire force had no claims on their system, it adds.

Last night Savile?s victims and MPs demanded an investigation into the star?s alleged links to individuals within the force.

The police watchdog has refused a probe.

West Yorks Police have strenuously denied any wrongdoing.

It has also emerged that pervert Savile hosted a Friday Morning Club at his penthouse in Leeds, which included an inner circle of serving or former police officers.

The report reveals how the officer ? named only as ?Inspector 5? ? told Surrey police he was the Force Incident Manager.

It says: ?He made references to the fact that he was known personally to Savile and he gets many of these complaints.?

But it goes on to add that the West Yorkshire force had no such claims on their systems.

spending way too much time reading the DIF thread which leads onto a lot of interconnected tangents. changes to the laws of succession are interesting when you look into it - i don't know what i believe anymore except that i don't believe what anyone tells me itms.

Mrcrumpswife · 15/01/2013 12:08

Did anyone see Loose women yesterday. I was very surprised how many times they used the words cover up and demanded to know who the people are that ignored the reports. Its certainly put it into the mainstream that 'it all stinks' as they said!

I'm sure its on I player, definitely worth a watch.

DIF is flying with some of the links. Exaro have only just reported today about the police removing MM's documents on the 9th so they are way behind.

Did you see the influence the Royals have on our elected paliament? i couldnt believe this report. Anyone who says the Royals are on the outskirts of things are talking shit. They are well and truly in the thick of everything.

I am so cross - using DH's laptop as mine is being repaired only to find he has deleted the DI forum from the Favourites bar. How bloody dare he, I don't know what page I'm on and it has taken me ages to get to whichever page I was on Angry

I have been watching the di thread and the ds thread . the di thread is amazingly behind our mm thread in some ways im too shy to post
Although what did catch my eye was that savile gave lots of money to a Jewish hospital.

Laniado is a hospital founded and operating on the principle that compassion, kindness and sympathy are the threads with which we can bind all humanity, irrespective of race or religion. We do not ask of our patients faith, we ask how we can best care for them when they are at their most vulnerable. Our multicultural staff - Jews and Arabs working side by side - are chosen not only for their expertise, but also for their belief in the respect for all life.

It was founded by a man who survived the holocaust his wife and 11 children were murdered by the nazis 150 of his family murdered. He had the idea in the camps.
To have his hospital besmirched and tainted by that Smug nasty bastard

Esther rantzen has strange friends as well
www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/man-convicted-of-sex-assault-on-girl-5-in-swimming-pool-guest-at-holiday-home-of-child-abuse-campaigner-claimed-ideas-were-put-into-his-victims-mind-1414750.html

A GRANDFATHER who repeatedly molested a five-year-old girl in a swimming pool at Esther Rantzen's country home was convicted of indecent assault yesterday.
Robert Gillings, 63, who was granted bail pending sentencing, was a guest at the television personality's holiday home in the New Forest, Hampshire, when he assaulted the girl as she played in the pool, Guildford Crown Court was told. Ms Rantzen was not at the house at the time.
The victim told the jury that the defendant had also assaulted her before the trip to the New Forest. 'He had said if I told mummy he would kill her,' she said.
Gillings denied the allegations and claimed that Ms Rantzen's television work on behalf of abused children must have put ideas into the girl's head.

www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1323094/Thats-life-Esther-Rantzen-broke-my-mothers-heart.html

Ooooh definitely don't like her now

IT was a callous moment of contempt: the instant when the years of dislike Esther Rantzen had harboured for her husband's ex-wife, Patsy, boiled over into public vitriol.

Within a month of her former rival's cremation Esther, seated next to her step-daughter Cassandra, Patsy's daughter, gleefully answered a quiz question which asked what had recently burned in Richmond. "My husband's ex-wife," Esther shrieked triumphantly.

Cassandra Wilcox, Desmond Wilcox's daughter by his first wife Patsy, claimed: "It was the moment I became aware of the extent of Esther's bitterness towards my mother." In a searing interview in the Daily Mail yesterday Cassandra revealed what she describes as "the truth" about Esther, the television star who, she says, wrecked her parents' marriage and left her mother heartbroken until her death in November 1999.

A week before, in the Mail on Sunday, Esther had described her final moments with her late husband, Desmond, who died six months ago. She talked of the "golden days" of their 23-year marriage, which began as an illicit affair, and how after his death she felt that "the sunshine had left her life".

Yesterday, however, Cassandra painted a very different picture of Esther, describing the now blonde presenter who made her name in the television show, That's Life, as a "toothy, overweight brunette with holes in her tights" when she met Desmond.

She claims that Esther left the hospital while Desmond was dying - which Esther vehemently denies, insisting that she was with him at the end - and that she gave a newspaper interview within hours of his death. She suggests, too, that her father may have continued a sexual relationship with Patsy after he left her for Esther; how Esther took over the Wilcox's marital home; basked in the fame Desmond bestowed upon her and talked of remarriage the day before his funeral.

"My mother deserves justice," says Cassandra. Explaining that she had been deeply wounded by Esther's assertion last week, in extracts from her autobiography, that she could not forget the bitterness of Patsy, Cassandra launched an attack on her step-mother.

Within an hour of her father's burial, Cassandra alleges, Esther told her husband: "I absolutely detested Patsy." The thought that the bitterness Esther feels towards Patsy will appear in the next extract of her autobiography fills Cassandra with dread. "When your mother is dead and may be under attack you have no choice but to speak out".

Through access to her mother's unpublished manuscripts she tells how Patsy felt Esther had stolen her husband and "gushingly publicised every detail of her marriage" to Desmond. Describing how her parents met as cub reporters, Cassandra says Desmond first met Esther when she joined the BBC. She and Patsy worked together and Patsy invited her home to meet "this fantastic guy I am married to".

Esther visited so often that Cassandra called her "Aunty Esther". But when Patsy found out that she was having an affair with her husband and asked how she could do it, she alleges Esther said: "May I please remind you that you said I could not only join the queue but I should go to the front. That is exactly what I did."

Desmond left Patsy and his children to live with Esther - although he came back briefly, only to leave again. Revealing how she first met Esther when she visited the couple's flat in Chelsea, Cassandra says it was the only time Esther ever made her a cup of tea. "She was quite open about the fact that she could not cook, use a vacuum cleaner or sew. She never needed to. She had become a star and had her own domestic staff."

She could see that the pair were happy, she says. "They were stars and they enjoyed that." But Patsy hoped that Desmond would eventually return home and this desire, Cassandra believes, was fuelled by what she thinks may have been a continued sexual relationship between them. She tells how, one night, her boyfriend saw Desmond slip out of her mother's bedroom.

Patsy was so traumatised by her husband's desertion that she had to be admitted to Charing Cross Hospital. While there she bought a flat in Richmond and Desmond and Esther, who were looking after the children, moved into the family home at Kew.

"She just swept in and took over," is how Patsy described what happened to her daughter. As Cassandra reveals: "My mother hated Esther living in her old house. She felt Esther wanted everything she had."

Patsy wrote in her manuscript: "Sometimes when I leave my BBC office on a cold, wet evening to come home to my little flat, I have to walk past Esther and her children. They will be waiting for a chauffeur-driven car to take them home. To what was my home."

Cassandra saves her most stinging rebuke, however, for Esther's behaviour on the death of her husband. Her father, she says, was stoic during the 45 minutes he waited for an ambulance after a heart attack. Yet Esther, she says, eliminated that from her account of his last hours as she was not there.

She is scathing, too, of Esther's claim, that Desmond pulled off his oxygen mask and gave her a passionate kiss before he died. His breathing, she says was shallow and he was on morphine.

Patsy, Cassandra says, never found happiness after Desmond left her. In turn, she says, Esther always felt bitter towards Patsy. "When I ask myself why," says Cassandra, "my only answer lies in something my mother wrote in 1977: 'I dislike her for the pain and distress she has caused people I love dearly. I know it may sound odd, but that includes my husband. If Esther is a real person she will find it difficult to find total happiness at the cost of what it has taken to get what she wants."

www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/having-sex-with-a-13-year-old-can-never-1492241#.UNBApNOU3Dk.twitter

And shit goes on

WHAT part of ?Don?t have sex with 13-year-old girls? might a 22-year-old man not understand?
Yes, she might also wear make-up and borrow her big sister?s clothes but this is a description of a child and 22-year-old men should not have sex with children ? under any circumstances.

Except that Steven Pollock did, under a blanket, on the floor of a bedroom at a party with a 13-year-old girl who was very drunk at the time and who he knew to be underage.

He even told her: ?Just pretend you are 16 for the night.?

Pollock did not deny having sex with the girl, was duly convicted of sex with a minor and, on Thursday, walked free from court with a community service order and a stipulation that he attend a sex offenders? programme.

So, in the view of Lord Turnbull, when considering the sentencing of Steven Pollock: ?It is important to understand that the offence arises out of consensual conduct rather than any form of force, grooming or manipulation.?

Consensual conduct? I struggle to see in what world a 22-year-old man having sex with a blind-drunk 13-year-old can ever be described as meaningfully consensual.

Judge turnbull appears to be either a fuckwit or a rapist apologist
www.yorkshirewired.co.uk/news.php/1474305-Dundee-man-jailed-for-sex-offences-against-young-girls

A Dundee man in his 60s has been jailed for two years for sex offences he claimed he could hardly remember.

The High Court in Edinburgh was told Alexander Burns abused the two girls after they found pornographic magazines in his cupboard.

The 62-year-old pleaded guilty to two charges of assault with intent to rape dating back to September 1969.

Judge Lord Turnbull said he could shorten Burns' prison sentence due to his otherwise blameless life.

Advocate depute Shirley McKenna said Burns, from Broughty Ferry, had realised the girls had found the magazines after they did not put them back as they had found them.

She said: "The accused later confronted them, asking if they found it interesting."

The court was told about the groping of one girl, who was about 12-years-old when the molesting began.

The girl's sister told how she was 15-years-old and asleep in the living room of a house in Dundee when Burns climbed on top of her and began to kiss and fondle her.

Defence advocate Matt Jackson said Burns told him he had "only a fading memory" of what had happened, but that may have been partly to hide his shame.

The lawyer said at the time Burns had been under stress and experiencing marriage difficulties.

"With the benefit of maturity he is horrified at his own conduct," he said.

Judge Lord Turnbull told Burns sex abuse of children by an adult merited a prison sentence but he could shorten it because Burns had led a blameless life for more than 30 years.

Lockedout434 · 15/01/2013 23:12

Now surely there can't be another. On the evidence here I think this judge thinks its not that much of a problem to rape children.

A man who had sex with a 12-year-old girl who had been reported missing has been jailed for 32 months.

Jamie Fraser, 24, of Buccleuch Street, Hawick, joined the youngster in bed at his flat after drinking Lambrini wine with her and others.

A judge at the High Court in Edinburgh told Fraser that the offence he had admitted was a "very serious one".

Lord Turnbull told him that he would have faced a four-year sentence but for his guilty plea.

The court heard how the girl and Fraser had met through friends and started texting one another.

She arranged to spend the night at his home on 16 July last year but told a parent she was staying with a girlfriend.

As an adult you were very well aware that such conduct with such a young girl was unlawful?

She then caught a bus to Hawick and was met by Fraser who took her back to his flat where they joined another couple and shared two bottles of Lambrini.

The court was told that the girl later went through to his bed and he joined her and had sex with her.

The girls left the following day but had been reported missing by their parents and the police were waiting for them.

Officers later interviewed Fraser who admitted having intercourse with the girl.

He said he did not know her actual age but thought it was under 15.

Fraser, a schizophrenic, admitted having sex with the girl and raping her at the house where he lived alone.

Lord Turnbull told him: "The offence to which you have pled guilty is plainly a very serious one.

"However, the circumstances in which the offence occurred are relevant and do impact upon the seriousness of the particular conduct you engaged in."

The judge pointed out that the law was designed to protect young girls from sexual activity.

He told Fraser: "As an adult you were very well aware that such conduct with such a young girl was unlawful."

The judge added that it was clear from a psychiatric report that Fraser had been seriously ill in the recent past and the illness would have impaired his emotional development.

As well as the jail term he ordered Fraser should be kept under supervision for a further three years.

Defence solicitor advocate David Allan said it was recognised that imprisonment was "inevitable" and Fraser understood he had been assessed as a high risk.

However, he pointed out that Fraser had co-operated fully with the authorities.

I would think an investigation into his psyche is warranted as he does not appear to be a fit and proper person to be in this position. ie he is shit at his job, either that or he trained in jersey

Moments later, on my way down the hallway to use his lavatory, I glanced through an open doorway into his bedroom. There on a desk was a large, conspicuous personal computer, which was switched on. He must have known I would see it. It had been the best sort of fib: an utterly pointless one. He had used his strangeness to flummox and torment me and to entertain himself. I had enjoyed the experience.

esther rancid!

the judge stuff is utterly typical and indicative of this entrenched idea that that's what girls are for. they're not really children but things to fuck and the projection of men's desire for them into the view of them as temptresses etc.

it shows a really sick side to male mentality - no not every man but men as a group.

swallowedAfly · 17/01/2013 14:30

the fact that there is a higher age of consent for homosexual sex than there is for heterosexual is another very clear indication of this attitude. they don't like the idea of little boys being 'fucked' but that's what little girls are made for.

I'm not too sure of this video but its a bizarre interview with micheal shrimpton barrister,

Michael Shrimpton is a National Security Lawyer, who sprang to national prominence when he inspired and led the British bid for Rolls-Royce Motors in 1998. Behind the scenes he became known to every major intelligence agency in the Western World as the partnership he forged with former CIA Deputy Director Lt-General Vernon Walters saw General Pinochet returned to Chile and more than one intelligence officer bailed out of trouble. Since 9-11 he has come into the open as an intelligence lawyer and national security?

But anyway this from Bristol community radio station via David ike site. Bristol appear to be quite vitriolic about a lot of stuff.
