Seems very harsh.

I suspect she won't be in for 21 weeks. I am surprised she got a custodial sentence, unless she has been prosecuted or warned before.

She has been told she will serve half the term in prison - half out on Licence.

She has a previous conviction for something similar for which she was ordered to pay a fine.

I think the woman is vile but that does sound harsh when a drunk can run over and kill a kid and not get a custodial sentence at all.
