Well first of all I would just like to confirm that I am the real Scottishbloke not that imposter. Now why have I joined, why you ask, because I am alarmed at the amount of censorship going on in this Country and would like to set the record straight that it is not for the likes of Ofcom to protect the minors but the responsibilty of the Parents/Guardians. Now this latest attack on Cellcast with regard to it's Babestation show I would like to make crystal clear is not Dutch porn as a few of you are led to believe on this issue, it's mild titilation at best and it is just a bit of late night fun which us grown up's should be allowed to enjoy without other's adding their own spin on it. Now every single digital reciever has a parental guidence button on it. On SKY which I have it is very easy to block the channels, all you have to do is press services, then press parental control (number 3 button) then you will be asked to put in your 4 digit code, once done select Adult Channel (number 2) and scroll left to select on and hey presto all the 900's are blocked. You can even restrict certain channels and viewing restrictions, so effectively you can block any channel you so wish to do. Now we live in a democracy and all tastes have to and must be catered for, ban one set of channels then where do you draw the line, back when I was growing up we didn't have this technology available but what we did have was a watershed which we all fully understood the rules on which all the channels had to abide by. Now the bigger question for me is just what the hell a todler would be doing up in the early hours of the morning watching tv in the first place, while we're on the subject too what about alcohol and tobbacco, now that's harmful. This nonsense of discrimination shown towards the Adult Channels has to stop. I am a poster on the UK Babe Channels forum and have been now for a number of years and only joined this forum as it angered me greatly that a bunch of feminists are putting pressure on this government and Ofcom for censorship, why with democracy you have choice, time to start parenting properly I say and less rubbish about what your kids might be watching on the telly. Block the channels simple as that.
