I though lorraine said a "52" year old man arrested. I really hope they have the right person this time, and her family have peace.

sparklyjewlz · 20/01/2011 09:00

Really hope so!

sparklyjewlz · 20/01/2011 09:00

Any other info?

M44 · 20/01/2011 09:01

I really hope this is a breakthrough.....

MummieHunnie · 20/01/2011 09:02

JakeBrake · 20/01/2011 09:03

I bet he looks Weird

I do hope you can all tell lots about him by his appearance

DuplicitousBitch · 20/01/2011 09:04

[raps jakebrake across the knuckles]

JakeBrake · 20/01/2011 09:04

What if he wears glasses
Or likes classical music
Wow,

sparklyjewlz · 20/01/2011 09:07

No one's listening, Jake [puts fingers in ears]

QuickLookBusy · 20/01/2011 09:07

Yes def 32.

Also on a different note this will take the pressure of Riven today. All thise journos will be off to Clifton. Riven can then concentrate on her important meetings today.

OP posts:
JakeBrake · 20/01/2011 09:08

Oh that's a relief then

#mindboggles

QuickLookBusy · 20/01/2011 09:16

Jake Riven also lives in Bristol and has just said the BBC News have turned up in a large van and are parked outside her house. If they are there you can bet your bottom dollar that very soon so will Sky news and ITV News.

Hopefully they have now all moved across town to get info about the bastard who killed Joanna Yeats.

OP posts:
DuplicitousBitch · 20/01/2011 09:17

do they only have one news van?

QuickLookBusy · 20/01/2011 09:19

In Bristol, at this moment in time, probably yes.

Christ I'm going, was just hoping that Riven would not be hounded by press all day.

"Police are unlikely to release the name of the suspect to the public" (Sky News)

Gosh. I wonder why that would be?

QuickLookBusy · 20/01/2011 09:23

What do you mean Feenie?

OP posts:
MummieHunnie · 20/01/2011 09:24

Feenie, got very upset on the last thread about joanna, have a look and you will understand.

Feenie · 20/01/2011 09:26

You would have to look more at the threads which talked specifically about the arrest of the landlord, announcing his clear culpability because of his appearance.

QuickLookBusy · 20/01/2011 09:27

Oh gosh Feenie yes i remember now.

I do hope they have the right man this time-for everyone's sake.

OP posts:
wannaBe · 20/01/2011 09:32

presumably as bristol police are already facing one lawsuit with regard to this case they don't want another one if it turns out this man too is innocent.

suesfault · 20/01/2011 09:34

But Feenie, the police didn't release the name of the landlord - the press did. Afaik the police have never named him as I don't think they are allowed to.

I agree that the treatment he was given was appalling but its not fair to blame it on the police.

Feenie · 20/01/2011 10:44

They did I think, because they applied for mire questioning time? I am quite prepared to be proved wrong though.

I am NOT blaming the police! They did not post lurid speculation.

JakeBrake · 20/01/2011 10:52

Duplicitousbitch. Who are you.
You seem familiar .

JakeBrake · 20/01/2011 10:53

Lol at a thread that quotes lorraine
