Oh, and if this helps, if it was the cold I am just about over, I spent a week on Sudafed, felt rotten without it, but although I am still a little sniffly I have been fine this week.

I am taking Lemsip as it seems to be keeping the 'headiness' at bay and helping with period pains. Didn't buy any Sudafed because we are going to be ttc soon and wasn't sure what's in it

Ended up reheating curry and making homemade chips! Spent too long on here to make mince

Hello all! It's been one hell of a week-and-a-half but I'm getting back on the wagon as of now!

I've finished the Master Plan for the periodic tasks, if anyone want's a copy leave your email address and I'll send you one. I'm not quite sure how to do the monthly/weekly Master Plan, but I've got a couple of ideas

Alice - I'm on long-term meds which I shouldn't mix with Sudafed (or any cold/flu meds), but the short-term use and the benefit I gain outweighs the potential problems with mixing them (I know what I'm looking out for in side-effects and am very careful)

I may be flying today, but looking at my house there is a lot more to do. I have been very low for about 2 months now, and it is showing big time (I hate doing housework at the best of times, and the lower my mood the less gets done). Have started feeling brighter in myself this last couple of days, hopefully I'm pulling through it now. And am hopefully getting the house back to a live-able state.

I'm feeling your pain HalfMumHalfBiscuit! My contractions were absolutely horrendous the second time round.

Dd2 was born on New Years Day, I remember we were on our way to he hospital at midnight -New Years Eve -fireworks going off and everything- which was nice - would have been nicer if I wasn't writhing in agony on the back seat!

Norks - unfortunately this is just the top layer of work, there is so much more to do. But is is looking so muc better than this morning, the house wouldn't have looked out of place on a certain Kim and Aggie show then . However I am far enough on to add a To Do list to my post, although an on-going one is not going to appear for a long while yet (too much to go on that). I do suspect certain items on my to do list wil be ongoing though.

Morning Afternoon all, only just had time to come & post list now as lovely DS gave me a lie-in till 7.45 this morning! And this after going down last night with barely a whimper! Fingers crossed that this means his awkward settling phase of last week is now officially over! I did find it harder to get up this morning than ever, though, for some reason!

Hope you are all OK, I see a few people are struggling & I think that Fridays can get like that as we are just exhausted from a busy week!
