God lord are we supposed to not be honest when people ask questions like this? I never beat around the bush!

noddyholder · 06/07/2009 17:46

Some of you are so rude !It is fairly conservative defintitely not a design statement or anything but some of these comments are harsh!I like the trunk but too many plants I agree it looks quite studenty.

ingles2 · 06/07/2009 17:47

Awww... no.... look I was trying to tactfully say it was bloody horrible and you lot come piling in being blunt....

squeaver · 06/07/2009 17:48

noddy - it's deffo someone who should have paid for advertising.

noddyholder · 06/07/2009 17:49

oh ok didn't realise. What is she advertising

squeaver · 06/07/2009 17:51

The website I assume. It'll be some agency "tasked" (I fecking HATE that word) with driving traffic to the site.

shootfromthehip · 06/07/2009 17:52

Looks like this would fit in well.

Sorry OP but if you are a real person then it's all a bit Next Catalogue for me tbh.

Rindercella · 06/07/2009 17:54

Weird. Why would anyone want to post loads of boring pictures of their home on the internet?

But, imo the house looks way too dark, not helped by the curtains and triffids plants.

brimfull · 06/07/2009 17:57

I don't get it either.

why are we looking at your home?

LovelyTinOfSpam · 06/07/2009 17:58

There is no way this is a real post!

"come and look at my lovely home"... come off it

Mine would read "come and look at my lived-in styling and half-arsed decorating efforts. The pile of rumpled clothes on the sofa is DH..."

annh · 06/07/2009 18:02

Why have you joined a parenting website to show us pics of your home? Oh hang about, your only other posting was deleted - so presumably advertising! Tut, tut.

tigerbear · 06/07/2009 18:07

Horrid - even if they are advertising something, why post something that looks crap?

sweetfall · 06/07/2009 18:09

OK it has nice plants - but they're not that well arranged and the furniture looks fairly bog standard to me - in fact it looks a little like a show flat but with too many plants

what exactly are you advertising just out of interest?

and why are you on a parenting website if you don't have / don't want kids?

sweetfall · 06/07/2009 18:11

is it an MFI ad?

blowbroth · 06/07/2009 18:19

Is Jen still there? What do you think to all this opinion? You say yu wanted to share it with us, do you actually share it with anyone? Bill and Ben?

bellavita · 06/07/2009 18:32

Looks like a load of old triffids to me, just horrible..

basic · 06/07/2009 18:36

Like it if you are trying to block out an undesirable view otherwise would think it makes the room a bit dark? maybe. Very imaginative.

6inchnipples · 08/07/2009 23:09

Oh the plot thickens, i thought she was just a shallow show off with bad taste.

Wish i hadn't been so tactful in my response to 'jen', i should have gone for the first thing that came in my head when i looked at her pics 'LOOKS SHIT'!!!

flatcapandpearls · 08/07/2009 23:17

I have just bought your dining room light for my dd bedroom.

The plants scare me.

civilfawlty · 12/07/2009 11:10

the whole thing is horrific.
