Feel sooo DP is really winding me up this week, and I don't need it what with everything else going on.
Its alright for him to go out 3 times a week, but when people call me to find out if i'm alright and i've arranged to go out to see harry potter on weds with a friend as DP is going to his bowling league and mum agreed to have DD for a couple of hrs he gets the arse as apparently he wanted to go on thursday but of course i'm pshycic (sp?) and I knew that. I thought he was going to break up with me, and said when my back is better maybe i'll be in a better mood as it seems i'm always in a bad mood and I never want him around. I want him around more than anything and want to do things other couple do like go out but he said seems like I don't as i'm always nagging, well if he didn't wind me up and took on board what I was saying about going out then I wouldn't be this stressed or wound up.

breathe.

alicecrail · 13/07/2009 22:09

muppets MEN!! They have no idea do they?

JKS my Dh goes out most weeks to see his geeky friends, and most of the time i have my friend (i only have 1) round but tonight i just fancied being able to sit watching crap and chatting on mn/facebook

MuppetsMuggle · 13/07/2009 23:10

DP just rang back, and I told him in no uncertain terms he was a selfish bastard and I feel better for it, I just hope he's taken on board what I've said.

Morning Ladies

I'm alright, we had a very long chat last night, I think he realised what i've been trying to say for months. I just said i would love for him to go the extra mile sometimes even when it is something he doesn't want to do. I don't always want to do stuff as a family I need a break too.

So lets just wait and see what he does or says now.

Got a friend coming over for a cuppa now. and don't really have a big list today all i've done apart from school run and get fresh milk is book my HP tickets

Oh Plum I just read the chat thread. Massive hugs to you & family.

I am being a bit crap at the moment and never know what to do with my day.

Today's list as it stands:

Get up & DS up DONE
Breakfast DONE
Epic poo nappy DONE
Clean highchair tray
Take clean washing off line DONE
Put away
Hang up wet washing DONE

Not really sure what else to do. Possibly I should make a bit of a weekly plan to build on? But is that just more list-making which is atually prorastination?

I need to go out and do something as well but not sure what to do. I could go to the breastfeeding group but don't really fancy it to be honest. I phoned my sister but I think she is still in bed (She is 18!)

JennyPenny22 · 14/07/2009 12:40

Can I join you? Have GOT to get my house sorted! I am pretty desperate and need a good kick up the bum and better routine!

I have 2 DDs - 18months and 11weeks! So they are my excuse (which isn't valid as the house was just as bad before! )

In the last few months though, I have had MAJOR clear outs and find it all so much easier (but still hard!).

PlumBumMum · 14/07/2009 13:11

MuppetsMuggle · 14/07/2009 14:02

Clairy Are you okay? whats getting you down hun?

claireybee · 14/07/2009 14:41

MM I am fine, just being silly really... Lady on my PN thread has just said she is pg again and there are a few of them now and I just feel a bit sad about it. I've always wanted a big family and when we first met dh seemed really keen on the idea, was talking about a football team etc but now he doesn't want any more...which means that I can't have any more even though I really want at least one more. I'm really happy for the ones that are pregnant and don't begrudge them it at all but I can't help feeling a bit sad for myself [selfish]

MuppetsMuggle · 14/07/2009 14:46

Clairy I know exactly how you feel, loads of people around me have either just had a baby or are pregnant again, and we agreed on having at least 3, trouble is I've been told till i'm cleared up medically i'm not allowed to have another baby it'll be against medical advice.

Have you spoken to your hubby about it? As you don't want it to become an issue between you both really.
