MM - sounds awful. Can you have pain killers? Just been talking to my mum and she may have extremely bad sciatica or a prolapse. Bit worried for her.

Oh MM, poor you. Can only imagine the pain you are in, DH broke his wrist years ago, but was in absolute agony last night, had to give him painkillers last night to help him go asleep

Sounds like everyone had a lovely weekend Happy Birthday CWWM Trillian Lucky is getting so big and fast and we put him out during the day, he loves it and the dogs don't bother him

news alert, our new dog Betsy (that we got to replace Sally) went missing, we have looked all around no sign of her, I heard her barking at 3 in the morning(fri) and looked out couldn't see her but saw Benz wandering about up at the gate, next morning she wasn't here
dh thinks someone might have stole her but I would rather think that she escaped fort knox and has found a new home!

Have spent quite a lot of time chatting to my sister on msn and colouring in our garden path with chalk!

• get on with friend's family tree

HMHB Hope your mum is okay and gets the treatment she needs.

Well went to physio today, my joints as we already know are not good at all but the muscles around my joints are so weak where in years past i've compensated for the pain in my joints, they are not doing what they should be by keeping my joints in place etc. so where without support i'm putting all my weight on my lower body its destroying my joints and muscles.
I have to build up my muscles before I can even think about getting my joints better and its a slow process will take over a year just to get my muscles better. I have to rest and not push myself to far by knowing my limits. I have to spk to my GP on friday and discuss going on steriods as the getting well process is going to be agony . I've been given crutches today for support whilst walking although shouldn't rely on them, also have been booked in for hydro therapy at QA Hospital, as that will help me too.

So a long process of pain ahead oh joy!

How is everyone else?

OH MM sounds sore just thinking about it, hope everything starts to work out for you hydrotherapy sounds good

I have been mn'ing off and on all day, and doing dishes definitely need to look at getting a dishwasher this week

Going to go hook up my beam vacumm and hope its better than I remember and get my hovering done

dh is away out to work so once I get dcs to bed i am going to do more ironing!

Plum, I can't even hoover or do ironing at the mo! DP doesn't do ironing either grrr.

Ironing is not essential Muppets - don't get stressed about it

Baking cakes took all afternoon - I now have (all in little paper cases) vanilla with white icing and sprinkles, mini lemon drizzle, and chocolate with white chocolate on top. I hophey appreciate it all!
