Okay, I am clearly worrying way too much about this but there are only a few spaces left in the old thread!

(What do I think will happen if we finish without a new list? We'll just make a new one. Relax woman!)

Can't remember who wanted ideas for food, we are having homemade burgers (in buns and everything) with oven chips tonight. I made the burgers a little while ago and froze them so I hope they have defrosted enough in the fridge.

DD has tonsilitus has been a whingy little moo today. I'm so tired as shes been like it all weekend, and am starting to lose my patience!

Ahh MM thats all you need, poor thing, what do they give for tonsilitus, throat spray or something?

Well I didn't do a list today, have been like a zombie, so going to do same dishes, must decide what to do about dishwasher, and make a start on big pile of clean washing (I hid it in my ensuite shower during party )

And after all my cleaning MIL borrowed a chocolate fountain and drinks fountain, what a mess????

Gorgeous here all day. Shame I was at work!

Just had another DS incident. A bee stung him in the garden and he wasn't in a good mood before. I think we scared him more than anything. I was shouting 'a bee, a bee!' and DH whipped off DS's top and found it and killed it. He's fine now and it wasn't a bad sting. I think we are going to move the bee hive to somewhere else as the bees are getting feisty.

DS getting on both our nerves. Today he refused to have milk, have breakfast, get dressed - leading to stressful rush to work. Then when I picked him up from nursery he refused to get in the car (in front of other parents ). He is 2yrs 9 months so the usual I think.

DS1 is 3 on sat. we are 'sharing' a 'party' on fri with a girl who is 3 on fri.
we are all meeting friends at a soft play for a couple of hours (we are hoping to pay for everyone) then back here for a party tea. nothing too big and pricey really.

Not doing party bags - going to get a helium balloon for each child to take home, with special number ones for the birthday children (one guest is 3 on thurs, so best add him to the special list!)

TA - burgers sounds yum! your cooking is good, i am seriously crap!

so the flat is mostly for you and dd? that's fab, then if dp wants to come over he can but you guys can have your own space. will be lovely

JKS that is a coincedence when ds was 3 my friends little girl was 2 the following day we shared a party at the soft play split the cost and I brought helium balloons for them all tied on to a small party bag of sweets

MM - hope i didn't sound trite there, not sure how long you've been with parents, but however well you get on your own space will be fab!

JKS - I've been with my parents since DD was born/her father walked out on us and I couldn't afford the flat we were living in on my own. Our house is always heated as mums and my personalitys clash! So glad to get our own space. hopefully get the keys today.

Yay DS slept through!! He was in bed a little later than normal because his afternoon nap ended at 6pm (oops), he went down at 8:20 - and woke up at 7:30!!!

I think I need some tea. A bath would be good, except we don't have a bath. And later I have to go to the supermarket in the car (more scary drivng the car on my own).

Am in zombie mode today, ds was up all night with a high temp and snot, his temp is still really high and he is grizzly and clingy but won't go to sleep.
