I think perhaps we should all write this week off!

Did manage to get to the library and happened to get there just as babybounce started so thought "what the hell" 20mins of songs might cheer dd up a bit. Bear in mind that i wasn't expecting to see anyone, i had yesterdays jeans on and an old cardi and dd had on the first pair of trousers and top i could find and didn't match at all saw my friend there so that was ok, and 2 women from my post natal group who looked all smart and their dd's were nicely dressed with brushed hair and sat with their mum's like good little girls while my dd ran around like she was feral. But she seems to be in a better mood now

Things i have to do today are:
Buy birthday present and card for friends DD done got her a nice notebook and some metallic pens
Ride at least one of my horses(whilst dd asleep)
Give house a quick tidy if possible.

Sun is still out despite BBC insisting it is raining

CC I was dreading sending dd to nursery (I know I know she isn't even my PFB) but I love my two days to myself I have even put her on the list to go an extra half day .

Alice glad dd is cheering up.

out for walk to wear toddler legs out not yet done - pouring with rain and today I don't feel like getting wet!
clothes washing done
make beds
order flower delivery for friend and
buy new baby card
buy b'day present for ds2's friend
put potatoes in oven for tea
tidy spare room in advance of visitors this weekend
watch more of The Wire
go to bed early and read rest of library bk before it's due back on Thursday
not doing too badly today but have now come over all lazy and lethargic....

Ok sad thing of the day to get excited about new hoover arrived I have just put it together myself and had a happy 10 mins hoovering downstairs for the first time 9 days . DD is also loving the box the nice man fetched her .

It is great glad my old one conked it now .

Got a new bookcase to fill up later too tis all go here ! I remember when I used to get excited about a night out now I am looking forward to a new bookcase and hoover .

Did you enjoy your walk ? I am taking dd on school run in a bit we will have to stop and look at every tree ,bug and car and wave to the old ladies on the way up the hill .

yes, great walk thanks DS4 slashed in the puddles in his wellies and I came home llooking like I'd been dunked in a pond! fun!
School run in a bit - going to head off now actually as aforementioned ds4 hasn't slept and he could do with forty winks I think.
He likes being in the pushchair with the raincover on - think it must make him feel like he's in his own little vehicle and all tucked away cosy and that induces sleep....I hope! Hope it's dry where you are - it's chucking down here!
