My first Flythread

Thanks. Don't think it will really hit her until she has op. But will be counsellors on hand and all of us. Awful at such a young age.

Haven't slept for a week with this blinkin' ball! Got a million things flying (not FLYing) around my head! Should be good though.

How are the pigs? Ours escaped this morning

And what did they do with their new-found freedom? They ran round and round the outside of their hutch until we caught them and put them back in rofl! Daft things.

I have just put ours in the outdoor hutch, they have been in all winter. I'm not sure they like it out there really! They've been a bit spoilt in here eating lots and getting very fat!

Mine escape quite often too...our run doesn't have a door so you have to lift the whole thing up to get them in or out...which usually results in a wild "pig" chase round the garden!

I'm trying very hard to attract birds to the garden which is proving quite difficult with all the cats and piggles!

Ours went out yesterday all night for the first time this year. Poor things... Here's me sitting here all cosy with the heating still on.

Mind you, I don't have a fur coat

Ooh, you will need to take pics of the birds that you get in the garden! I need to put some feeders up. Our bird table blew down in a storm in the winter so need to get a new one.

I have a bird feeder up but absolutely nothing has come to it
The house opposite has a bush which leans over the fence and overlooks our garden so I hung some fat balls in there, and it ocassionally attracts the odd house sparrow or blue tit. We have had a robin over the winter but I haven't seen that for weeks now.

Other than the rather distant hedge nothing has come to the garden....I'm not sure why....maybe it is a cat thing, or the lack of nearby cover....not too sure!

Wolf, I'm afraid not, jellyfish strictly for construction by boyscouts aged 6. Not saleable, I repeat not saleable, and made of paper. Touched by your confidence in our crafting skills.

I once sewed some thing for a craft fair at school, and dh had to buy them all

Organised cat feeding with two lovely teenagers. Dh thinks they will use the house for all sorts of nefarious purposes but I hope for the best.

Let them watch Nights at Museum.
Supper for dcs
Had another exhausting evening at Beavers playing dodgeball. If I had wanted to go to the gym... Am a very bad example to all the 6-7 year olds.
Ferried four kids home.
Made some leek and carrot soup.
Very relaxed evening here now.

Galen, well done on raised bed bookshelf.
Have done really nothing in comparison, but at least the clutter pile is reduced.

this week?

Ooooh never thought of that swan! One of my friends is going to video them through the night, so could do that!

swan you made me lol...I made salt dough christmas tree decorations for my kids christmas fair and I ended up buying them! you sound about as creative as me....(we can't be creative and intellectual/gorgeous now can we!)
