DS poorly today with a bad cough so watching lots of telly and having cuddles on the sofa. However, there are a few jobs to be done.

I do try at the weekend to get Stuff Done as DH is here to help with the boys.
I used to get frustrated & peed off when Mon morning arrived and i felt i'd done nothing all weekend. so i tell DH my targets on a friday and he helps me get them done

CWWM my mother rang yesterday to say she wouldn't be over today as my father is really sick, yet wouldn't tell me what was wrong,
but she was on her way to the hairdressers

so I was v pissed off that she wasn't going to see dcs before they go to spain tomorrow not that sick [guilt trip]
Then she just turned up today before MIL was coming and had dcs hyper while I was trying to prepare hall for painting, but I'm fine now as I love the smell of fresh new paint

will need new curtains now though as old ones (left by previous owners) def do not match

I am going to soak my feet tonight, but I've turned all the lights of for Earth Hour and can't see anything in the kitchen!

Morning everyone .
PBM sounds like she is playing games with you . I have to go with my Mum tomorrow to the soliciter I AM not looking forward to it she will expect me to do all the talking and just sit there then when we get it she will be like "You should have mentioned this you should have mentioned that" .

DD is very over excited about her birthday I heard her saying first thing to dd2 "Look my bodys changing to a 6 year olds " .
She loves her gifts and is upstairs paying with her moonsand (which tells lies it is messy!!!) she wants to do some baking this afternoon I got loads of sprinkles and icing pens so we are bread making gingerbread men and fairycakes this afternoon .
DP is taking her and dd1/2 to soft play this morning .
