here you go - new shiny thread all ready for us when the current one fills up

YAy, got my aerial fixed this evening, couldnt see BBC1 and 2, utv CH4, dont have sky so we were stuck with just the Irish Channels. Had a productive day as far as repairs but apart from a few washes, and dinner dishes, I have done very little. Took DDs out for a walk and ended up going into a cafe for tea

Tidy my bedroom -done
dishwasher - done
Change bedding - done
contact son in Russia
take herb pots to work
type up cleaning roster for work
enrol two employees on course -done
go to M&S for work clothes
work on website - done
play scrabble with dd
meeting at work re a wedding party

No I don't think I even got cake, just got dragged round everyones houses,
The cake is actually simple enough its just two teirs and the castle on top, my friend is a cake maker so she is going to lend me nice letter cutters to do dd1s name, heres oping anyway

but we are having a party here, so hope weather is good, we haven't had any family parties since we moved to this house so I think MIL is getting carried away, plus with all dd1s hosp apps etc she is really good never moans, (or do the other 2 when they are dragged along) we just feel its a good way to mark the occassion(sp)

We have had all communions and confirmation at home, DD1 and DD2 made their communion together Because we had a bouncy castle, they were changed within 10 mins of being home

Got somewhere with ironing & packing - iron clothes and put them straight into bag!

• look up family tree stuff on 1911 census site StillDoing
• think about sorting out DH's photos
• dentist trip for me & DS1 (1st for DS1) - 14th April
• contact handyman re fixing kitchen light & other things
• get photos of family for new frames & hang them up
• put together climbing frame we were given last year Started
• plan dinners out doing
• clean carpets (either 'get a man in' or hire a cleaner & diy)
• get matching brass letterbox for front door
• buy some more cheap photo albums
• contact neighbour to sort out fixing fence over the summer
• sort orchestra social for 21 April Ongoing

o my god i just found this thread! and i thought i was the only person in the world who made lists about changing bedlinen and other domestic drudgery. without my list i am SO LOST at the mo' - on maternity leave.
tomorrow's (well technically todays) list -
wash hair
Take DS + DD to toddler group
Finish cleaning DDs room
Clean DS room
Vacuum upstairs
Vacuum ground floor (we live in three story terrace, too much vacuuming)
Clean utility
Ring re car insurance in spain
Ring re breakdown cover in spain
Do pizza toppings with DS for tea
File mountain of paperwork lying on spare bed
Put clothes away
Off to bed now, maybe i will manage at least three things off the list by this time tomorrow. All my lists run over several days (bad list habit)
