Morning all

Today we are going to take a look at how the routine developed

Also if you get the fly emails read the bottom line

So our routines should be:

Morning Routine

  • Get up and get dressed doing your hair and face
  • Make your bed
  • Looking at your posted reminders in the kitchen and bathroom
  • Reading 2 minutes of reminders
  • Recognizing the negative voices and changing them
  • Put out your Hot Spots for 2 minutes
  • 5 Minute Room Rescue (pick any room in the house) set your timer and go!
  • Laundry
  • Mission

Before Bed Routine

  • Keep your sink shining
  • Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
  • Put out your Hot Spot
  • Laundry
  • set a regular bedtime and stick to it

My 2 don't want to go to bed either! DS's are at their dads.

BiancaCastafiore · 28/11/2008 20:02

Bad luck Tort. Mine are finally in bed - I just hope they go to sleep now! Dd is really v tired, I'm not sure how she's managing to stay awake tbh.

tortoise · 28/11/2008 20:06

DD1 is still stropping about brushing her teeth!! I have threatened to take her new tiara away that santa gave her at the school fair!

sep1712 · 28/11/2008 22:09

Hi can you tell me the guide lines for this thread?

wendylanguage · 28/11/2008 22:26

hi reindeer tort how's the old cooker? poor you. fancy having to pay off your cooker with reduced benefits when you don't even have it yet! don't know how you can be a domestic goddess without a fully functional cooker

We have had curry for friday night tea - taking a leaf out of mad's book hoping to spice things up a bit

DH and I have just been in the garage - freezing! for xmas decs. there's so much junk in our garage all boxed up from when we moved last december - it's depresing!

see you all tomorrow ladies

TortoiseRidesaReindeer · 28/11/2008 22:39

Wendy Old cooker is doing ok. At least it had a double oven and the top one still works. Would never manage a full xmas dinner for us all with just a top oven though! All out xmas decs are in the loft. I got the advent calenders and bag of tree decs out today while i was hiding pressies up there. Tree is new and was delivered a week or 2 ago so the box has been sat in the kitchen since then waiting to be put up!

Sep Better to ask one of the more Knowledgable flyers . basically about housework an motivation! look at links at the start of the thread.

bigbaubleeyes · 29/11/2008 07:37

I have done from my list yesterday all but the kitchen - I did de clutter and clear out fridge and sort through my mountain of post.
I have been reading up about fly this week. My back is killing me from trying to do too much over the last couple of days and now I dont feel like doing anyhting to day. But I will push my self.

Everyone else seems to have such sensible and manageable daily routines. Thanks for being here ladies, this thread this week has realy helped me ust seeing what other people do.

Have a nice weekend

TheMadHouse · 29/11/2008 10:07
