Bio or non bio washing liquid clothes

I was at a friend’s house yesterday and she’d just had an online shop delivered and there was bio liquid detergent there. She asked what I used and I told her (fairy or supermarket non bio). She then told me bio was better for removing stains. I’ve only ever bought non bio as that’s what my mum uses!

So which is better bio or non bio?

Bio. It breaks down sweat, fats, grease, food etc. Unless you have sensitive skin there is no point to non bio.

Bio is usually better at removing stains because it contains enzymes that break down things like food, sweat and grease. Non-bio is gentler on sensitive skin, which is why a lot of people grow up using it and just stick with it
