Very well done!! i find running up the stairs knackering so am always very impressed by anyone that can do a loooooong run!

Btw your sink is so shiny! and tidy!

islandofsodor · 11/06/2008 22:39

Well it's only day two for me but dh came in tonight and said whatever you are doing to the kitchen carry on.

My shined sink sort of led to all the dishes being washed and put away and the cooker wiped over as well as the worktops.

I started to make my way through the Kitchen Makeover thing and have got rid of a teabag holder I never wanted but mil bought me as she thought I ought to have one. Why she can't put a used teabag stright in the bin instead of having two or three build up on th eteabag holder I don;t know.

The spare change, odds and ends of kids toys and other assorted crap from my worktops has been tidied (shoved into drawers and pantry)

Whew. I didn't get round to any of the procrastinate stuff as it was ds's new parents evening tonight for him starting reception and I havn't done any washing or ironing but my kitchen is cleaner than it hasbeen in a long time.

Actually he even washed up tonight the second we had eaten (takeaway as we got back late from parent's evening). He does loads of housework, more than me usually but never washes up in the evenings usually!!!!

Just shows eh?
