Crikey mad scary how its just liquid soap thats caused it

I used to love hot weetabix !

Ds is teaching dd how to read, in 10 mins she's already gone through 25 key words (it took ds 6 months to learn them )

FunkyGlassSlipper · 19/02/2008 19:19

Awww Madhouse. He sounds like he's being very brave!

glitterfairy · 19/02/2008 19:25

Ooh mad that sounds really painful and scary for you all.

EHM how is ellie now?

Back at work tomorrow so am getting everything ready and feeling a little sad. Off Friday though

TheMadHouse · 19/02/2008 19:36

Not just any bloody liquid soap, but the molton brown stuff - it has one of the ingredients that is in anti-freeze .

I am going to remove it all now and give it away, we have it at each of the sinks in the house. Liquid is much easier to use, but I am going to go for plain old fashioned bars from now on.

He is now tucked up in bed and sleeping, hopefully he will get a good nights sleep. I am going to take a couple of painkillers for my tooth and get an earlish night myself just in case.

I am feeling like a really bad mum for leaving the stair gate open to the kitchen and downstairs loo. I usually am dressed when I come down with them, but as I spent half the night up and it is half term I came down in my PJ's, got them dressed and went back up to dress myself - never again I am worrying that he may have some vision issues because of me

BWB Oh sounds quite nasty hope he is OK
FGS that is promising re the tummy
EHM How is Ellie and gosh what a long trip

Waves to everyone else

EHM Sorry...I have just sent you a message on Facebook and then came here to have a read through... and I have obviously missed important stuff!
I hope Ellie gets well soon, and good lord what a long trip!
Our digital camera has given up the ghost, so I might not be able to get one up of their costumes...but I think there is a piccie of DD1 and DS from last year, on my Facebook.

My apologies to everyone's posts I have been missing! I seem to be unable to focus lately!

TMH I hope they managed to sooth your DS's eye in the end and he is ok xx

Jingly No water! or Heating!Argghhhh must be a mare, I hope it gets sorted out soon.

Evening all. Vry long thread so hard to catch up.

TMH Poor DS2. Hope his eye is ok too. Try not to blame yourself. None of us can watch them 24/7.

I had a bad night with DD2. She had bad ear ache and cried half the night. Not been 100% all day.
And this morning Mickey was limping (or pimping as DS2 thought i said!). Took him to the vets this afternoon and it seems to be one of th pads on his foot as an infection possibly from a bramble or something going in it. So he is on antibiotics and cost me £53! Hopefully he will improve over the next few days.

tortoise · 19/02/2008 21:58

poor DD2 is awake with ear ache again. Dosed her up with med, Will go to bed with her soon.

BiancaCastafiore · 19/02/2008 22:13

POor dd Tort. My dd is still restless too, she's feeling very sad this evening, I'm starting to wonder if she's depressed, all these tears and upset all the time
I'm off to bed now, very tired.
See you all tomorrow x
