DD1 is improving slowly. She's had a cough virus which came about 2 weeks ago just as she was getting over her jabs

DD2 and I have caught it so feel pretty rough,

I have however just found time for 356 virtual star jumps to make sure I fit in.

Well I have just done 256,457,879 virtual star jumps and I have changed my name for Bonfire....

at your name. I love watching the fireworks out of the windows but hate going out in the friggin cold to do it. DH has bought some for the garden so DD1 can see them. He bought a sparkler too which she has already said she does NOT want to hold so guess who gets to do that !

Well I wanted something a bit more fiery, but the only thing I could think of begining with S was Sparkler, and there are already far too many Sparklers round here without it being Bonfire IYSWIM.

DP has brought fireworks for our garden.
He has brought a finale which has a safety distance of 25m.
Our garden is about 7-10m long
He said he would put it in neighbours garden (they are away and we have key and permission to use it as a guest house for relies). Then I pointed out that it has to be 2/3 buried in garden and is the size of a big cake. We don't really want to dig up her lawn!!!

So....not sure what we are going to do with it????

Hi all.
I have got nothing done today! I was out nearly all day But i did buy a few christmas pressies for my DC.

DD1 was very lucky tonight. She was messing around at tea time,bumped into DS2 while holing her fork and stabbed herself in the cheek. Less than an inch from her eye! Can't believe how lucky she is. She has a small hole in her cheek where a prong broke the skin. Poor girl.

I hope to do more housework tomorrow. Should be home all day once DC are at school.
