One of those ones where you do so many mins of cleaning and then come back.

My house is a mess, I've got a ton of things to do but

  1. I have no get up and go today
    and
  2. I feel very dizzy from stupid tablets, so got to take it steady.

Please someone quick me up the a$£e!

I would do but I had one yesterday so for once sitting here in a tidy house have got some ironing I should do though...

Are you ok what are the tablets for?

twinklingstar · 12/03/2007 09:54

Right, you're on Nbg - come back on at 11 am and we'll compare what we have accomplished - ready, steady get off computer NOW

Nbg · 12/03/2007 09:55

Am jealous. Why didnt I do mine yesterday!

Its my own fault I'm dizzy. I stopped taking my AD's a week ago and I'm now having withdrawl symptoms. But I'd rather have that than the sickness I was getting.

Trix11 · 12/03/2007 10:23

Ive - cleaned the living room, like Alovesheart I could not see the floor either but that rooms cleaned and polished and hoovered. Just about to start on the kitchen, first washing loads done - do I put it out on the line or stick it in the dryer. I think the dryer today.

LadyOfTheFlowers · 12/03/2007 10:24

I have about 3 tons of nappies to wash/hang out
both kids bed sheets to wash
our bed to change
bathroom to clean
hoovering throughout
washing up just goes on all day.....
tidying everywhere

all the above with ds1 'helping' and ds2 suffering seperation anxiety!!

now i have listed it, i have less get up and go- it's too much- lol
and dh thinks he has tiring days.

dolally · 12/03/2007 10:26

actually I'm gasping for a coffee so maybe I really WILL have to get off this chair

AlwaysTheMummy · 12/03/2007 10:43

I am def in on this, I will be back in a few hours to update on what I have completed lol, my house is clean but just messy, plus I need to get jelly out of my living room carpet.

Will catch up in a few hours everybody xx

Nbg · 12/03/2007 11:05

ok
i've emptied the dishwasher, refilled it, cleared the kitchen and have had my mum on the phone for the last half hour

OP posts:
twinklingstar · 12/03/2007 11:07

Ok, just dipping in for an update, started well:-

put dishwasher on
stripped dd's bed
picked up all the assorted laundry sprinkled liberally over her bedroom floor and sorted it into clean/dirty/will do to play in after school
filled washing machine and started it
THEN needy friend in crisis phoned and I have been agony aunt for the last 45 mins.

Blast.

Will be back at 1pm to let you know what my progress is! LOL

Don't worry about typos Nbg (twinklingstar rofl........)

TrinityRhino · 12/03/2007 11:08

hmm dd2 is on mega 'trash the place' today and dd3 is grumbly

I have put the dryer on, the washer on and opened the curtains....but then I shut them again when I was blinded by the light

I have fed dd3 twice and burped and soothed ALOT though

twinklingstar · 12/03/2007 11:08

Oh you too, Nbg! lol

Perhaps we should screen our calls or set the timer so we have an excuse to leave a call after 10 mins?!!!

ComeOVeneer · 12/03/2007 11:10

I'm in. So far I have unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, cleaned kitchen, mopped floor, tidied living room, cleaned 3.5 bathrooms, stipped and remade 3 beds and hung one load of washing and put second one on. I need to tackle the playroom after the weekends's attack. Catch up with the laundry, hoover the whole house (4 floors, and I hate doing all the stairs), go food shopping, go to the garden cente for some bits and pieces, all before school run. So why am I here?

Aloveheart · 12/03/2007 11:11

update

Have....
Hung washing out
put another load on
cleared living room and hoover.

Still need to do....

wash floor in living room,
polish the dush
wash up,

take the stuff off the staires upstaires.
hoover staires down.

good luck all!!! i'm having a 5 min break.

beanie2bump · 12/03/2007 11:11
