how much on a weekly shop

o my god, been reading some threads and feel that i must be spending far too much on my weekly shop?? theres husband, me, 13yr old,10yr old and 1 year old!

i spend anything from 110 to 150 but if its the bigger amount i mgihtnt have to go again for 10 days only locally for fresh fruit & veg.

£100 per week easy

I'm making a real effort to reduce my spending atm, last year I was easily spending £100 per week, now it's more like £70.

4 of us me/dh (ds age 5 dd age 2)

I shop online @ sainsburys, get free delivery. try to stick to a very strict list but still struggle to keep it under £120 pw .. that includes dd nappies (current attempts at potty training failing) all toiletries and cleaning stuff

Very occasionally i manage under £100 .. but usually i keep the freezer stocked up on BOGOF's and extra bread (i am a marketers dream....

I used to spend about £100 Now I menu plan and we all eat the same (ish) food together I've got it down to about £70... life is so much easier now...
Do you do a weekly menu and shopping list...

about £70 per week more if we feel rich and buy some treats

2 Adults and 3 Children...£60-65 a week

If I had more money I would shop at a supermarket which had proper child seats on their trolleys, and helped you pack your bags....but as it is I battle with a 19mnth who constantly stands up on the seat, and packing my bags in the rain by the car....but save quite a bit each week!

3 of us at about £70 per week. Does not include nappies or all of our milk supply - buy biodegradeable nappies at great cost in attempt to be worthy (used reusables until a few months ago cos DS (2) was leaking all over the place) and DS drinks about a gallon of milk a week.

although it varies cos this week I only spent about £30 but our cupboards are a bit old mother hubbardy

me + 2 kids(5&7) £40 a week

me, dh and dd 9 months. £100 a fortnight tesco online. plus m&s and sainsburys for extra bits..maybe another £50 a fortnight. that includes nappies.

2 adults plus 3 kids = £120 ish shopping a week, but am bit of food snob (organic local meat and veg/fruit). the food i put into the kids esp is very important to me and makes a vast difference to their behaviour ( e numbers and additives= hyper nasty kids eugggh)

wow, what variations in costs! i spend at least £120.00 a week and still run out of milk, veg, and salad stuff

about 60 4 4 of us with 4 cats in that too. no nappies my dc too old.

where do you get most of your shopping from?

o drumum, no guilty as charged!no shopping list or meal plans. i'm sure that would help.
