Dining chairs inserts

Hello, we've just bought a second hand dining table and chairs (thanks for cleaning and sanding advice.) Does anyone know if and where we can either buy or get made new inserts for the chairs? They currently have old square fabric inserts and we'd like some shiny new ones
Sorry for being a bit thick but I have no idea what or where to look?

TIA x

Hi, thanks for that-my description was a bit poor wasn't it!
I've just been looking at the covers and, you're right, absolutely no reason why I can't do it myself (cue grated knuckles, blue air etc.)

I helped MIL do hers, it is fairly east, but it is best to borrow a decent staple gun and hefty staples, not an office one.

We did it fairly roughly as long as they were straight and flat on the top we weren't to fussed, but do take a bit of time on the corners or it won't fir back into the frame.
