theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 17:32

Well done everyone who has done some/loads of FLYing today Gold stars for you all

Dc are bathed and now eating their tea. I have not had anything all day as I don't feel like eating.

I would goto bed when the DC have been in bed a while but I know I wont sleep and will be up and down with the DC anyway. I just wont go to bed to late tonight.
Its a shame about your food bin tortoise. Maybe there is some stuff out there somewhere that you can get to put in bins to stop flies and maggots etc. (money maker!, invent something to put in bins to stop maggots/flies )

Good luck to those who are going to have little 1s soon, I hope all goes well with the deliveries.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 23/10/2006 17:42

We got wet!!!

We got all the way along the sea front and then the heavens opened. My dad and aunty ran back to the car and came and picked us up from the pier!

Off to dry off and get some flying done - or just sit and chill with a hot choc - cant decide!

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 17:43

Sit and chill JARM. Sorry you got rained on.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 18:18

DD's in bed!

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 18:38

DD is in bed, DSs going at 7pm.

I am just going to do the kitchen and S+S the bathroom. I can then say I have done something today

I got DS1 to read a book to DS2 and DD. He done very well, Then I read to all 3 of them

Surfermummystomb · 23/10/2006 18:45

This is so the worst week to be doing master bedroom being half term. I shall have to try my best in between entertaining dd (3) and step-d (10).

I currently have to climb out of the end of the bed as dd's dismantled cotbed is next to my side. We're also tripping over a big bag full of wetsuits and beach stuff that needs to go in the loft now it's autumn.

I've not done the task yet as I've been at work all day. Still needs doing pronto otherwise I'll have nowhere to hide Christmas pressies. Oh well, no time like the present.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 20:35

How is everyone this evening?
Its chilly now but very low on gas until tomorrow!

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 20:41

Surfermummystomb That reminds me of xp2 having to climb out of bed by going down to the bottom as I had DD`s cot in our bedroom and the only way we could do that was by putting our bed right against the wall (xp2 side of the bed)

Solicitor has phoned and she is going to write to the SS. She is hoping that they can do something to help. She said that I should not just sort out times for xp1 to see the DSs. She said if he wants to see them then he has to do it right and not blame everyone else when he want to stop seeing them. So fingers crossed.

I have had a hot bath a feel a bit better then I have been all day. I am going to take the DC out tomorrow. Have some time away from here. I don't know where yet or what we can do, but we are going out My bedroom is ok so I wont be missing much of the FLYing task.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 20:45

Sounds more positive HN.
Hope you find somewhere nice to go tomorrow. How about taking the dc on a train ride?

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 20:46

Evening tortoise. I am feeling cold and I have the heating on. I was fine after I had a hot bath, but its cold now

Cant you just put on the heating for half an hr or so? You could have it a bit warmer then.

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 20:49

yeah it does tortoise. Just hope some goes right.

Theres an idea. DS2 wants to go on a train again. Bristol we coming to you tomorrow

Thanks

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 20:54

lol! You should come visit Castle Cary! Train from Bath comes to Cary station which is a few mins from my house!!

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 21:00

Yeah, maybe one day. I get very worked up meeting new people. I know I silly.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 21:03

Lol me too! But i want to make more friends and get out more!

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 21:13

I am more worried about xp1 finding out and then getting others to hate me, then I would feel more down to what I do already. I mean , who wants to be around someone who has nothing but bad things happening all the time and then they get dragged in to it.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 21:16

My life isn't exactly a bed of roses! I think im tough enough now not to listen xp's bull!
You need to be strong ( iknow easy to say) and move on from him.Show him he can say/do whatever and it won't affect you.My xp2 said lots of sort of threatening things ie telling court it was me that hit DS i just turned round and said go on then!

theHAUNTEDhazelnut · 23/10/2006 21:22

I dont know what to think or do tbh. I dont know what xp1 can or will do. SS already thing hes the best and I should look up to him.
I know what you are saying though, but like you also said its hard

Skribble · 23/10/2006 22:09

Evening all, sounds like some of you are having loads to deal with .

Last day of holidays for us, so apart from doing a wash and soaking some whites to try and brighten them I haven't done much.

We went into town so I could buy some postal supplies and DD wanted to see what she could spend her Bday money on. She decided to buy a phone costing £1, (she had £40 to spend) she just loved all the ring tones and phrases, suprisingly I don't. But she has been after one for ages.

Skribble · 23/10/2006 22:12

Looking forward to getting down to it in the bedroom. No you bunch of dirty minded woman, I meaning clearing up .

Clearing out clothes is a well over due job, and I will def do todays mission tomorrow too.

My advice never ever ever put stuff in a box to sort later, later never comes, I have a big box under the bed and another couple of boxes too from when DS had the big room and we were clearing up to chuck him out.

tortUREoisechamber · 23/10/2006 22:30

lol @ chucking ds out!
I think i made a fair start today.

Skribble · 23/10/2006 22:43

We had the great idea that we didn't need the biggest room because we only sleep in it wheras the kids have ll their toys and play in their rooms. Then we cam to our senses and decide a king size bed in a sincle room was silly and moved back into the big room. Poor DD got the worst deal she had to move into the wee room.

DS's room is goint to get a makeover as he is going to be 10 soon and I am fed up with his high bunk, instead of giving loads of extra room underneath it makes the space unusable, inaccesible, junk area. Considering a double bed to allow guests to stay and nice desk.
