I must find my charger and get camera ready for taking ebay pictures.
I spent another hour this afternoon listing stock, but I need to get the second hand stuff on too.
MIL arrived early, but house presentable for a change, apart from upstairs. But of course MIL decided she had to see how the fish were doing in DS's room and duly battled past the junk on the upstairs landing to see them, arghhh!
Kids did 15 min rounding up soft toys before getting ready for bed as set out on their rota . DD did hers corraled in 4.5 mins so had time to put some books actually on the shelf. DS (who has millions of cuddly toys) did his in record time too so used the rest of his 15 mins to put away some other toys.
But the big news of the day is......
Now prepare yourselves, sit down and brace yourself, I warn you this may be a shock and I haven't quite come to terms with it yet....
I have added IRONING to my weekly routine .
I do 15 mins while kids doing their bit as I do the ironng upstairs in front of the wardrobe (stuff gets hung up straight away) as I can keep an eye on the kids and encourage them to keep going.
Now don't worry I am not ironing my pants or anything silly like that just shirts and school trousers, perhaps the od crumpled pillow case if I have a case of the ANtheas .
