Starting from March 1st lets babystep our way through the month, throwing in the odd mission.

Sign up here if you want to join in.

We have pointy sticks -> to get you off the sofa and chocolate and stickers as rewards.

Let's end our CHAOS and enjoy our sparkly homes.

Same problem here zoo if it makes you feel any better. I suspect the country over there are young dcs whining and dmums hanging their heads in despair.

Ds is really grumpy as he is exhausted, has been ignored all afternoon (school emergency and it was my job as PTA person to sort it out) and hungry (dd and dh not home yet). I did give him a massive snack but when he is tired like this it is not enough.

Pity about the divan bed zoo. Great to have a good bed with a good mattress but frustrating not to have that under the bed space.

I am assuming the items couldn't be stored somewhere else, even temporarily?

Do you or dp have loft space that could be used for some of it?

If you have back issues you need to be careful moving it though.

Can you go through each box and get rid of as much as you can?

There must be some sort of solution [frustrated]

{{Hugs for Zoo}}

BlackCatTryingToFly · 07/03/2012 19:31

We ended up eating at 6.20pm tonight cause of the chaos (washing up) that had backlogged since yesterday. Please someone pointy stick me later or tomorrow into getting it more up to date.

I also need to meal plan as I checked the bank balance today and not great.
We are not desperate but need to be careful with spending.

how did your evening go bc is kitten in bed yet?

mine all settled really quickly tonight, but i fear that was due to me being in such a shocking temper they decided not to push me any further after the temper and tantrums before, during and after dinnerSad

liveinazoo · 07/03/2012 19:43

ooh biscuits.

liveinazoo · 07/03/2012 19:47

at some point i want a new bed carrots...never had a bed that was bought by or just for me,brand new

would like either a black leather look one where the matress tips up and base is storage or any old one that i can put stuff underneath....one day

im sorry ds is not having a good evening, sounds like you could do with being cut some slack

BlackCatTryingToFly · 07/03/2012 19:48

No they are both still up. We usually put them up to bed at 8.00 so I might disappear off here then. DD just fell in a plastic toy drawer and broke it Hmm.
She is o.k. apart from a small scratch.

liveinazoo · 07/03/2012 19:49

got a vague plan for friday nights dinner...anyone got a good lentil recipe-either bolognese or shepherds pie one that i can do with pasta as have lots lentils and tin of tomatoes?

liveinazoo · 07/03/2012 19:55

bc mine been using the lego box as a car for pulling littlle zoo round the floor in and i suspect scratching the laminate im too hyped up to inspect it at the moment

if mine were up til 8 tonight id have to move out and live in the shed with the spiders.least get bit peace and quiet!

i hate it when days end badly..i hate to imgine them going to bed all upset and lay there going over mum shouting in their little minds

im a barrel of laughs this eveningSad

im trundlig off at 8 too bc got "date with csi-crime scene investigation and the secre stash of chocolate i found...plus one borns on at 9Smile

i think we need a plan of attack to be organised enough to keep thing running smoothly after school and try and head off some of the flashpoints for disaster

carrotsandcelery · 07/03/2012 20:00

zoo it took us 10 years to get our bed. We got some money from relatives when we got married and added to it bit by bit when we could and eventually found the bed and matching furniture (in a sale would you believe).

It took us that long to spend the money we were given for coffee tables by my aunt and uncle as well as we couldn't find ones that we loved and felt we had to love them.

I haven't told dh but I think the same sort of furniture was available when we got married but we hadn't quite "grown into it" then Blush

The best things come to those who wait zoo - karma will be sending you a fab bed with masses of storage and a beautiful black leather headboard etc Grin

Infact, you could sell some of the stuff from your room to start a fund to buy one Wink

lentil recipes I can recommend and and this one

Grin at going to live in the shed.

Hope you have a better day tomorrow.

We've all been shouty mum at some point.Blush

carrotsandcelery · 07/03/2012 20:05

bessie I should have just fed ds and myself and let dd and dh eat later but they weren't supposed to be as late. Dd was held up by a late bus and dh by a car accident holding up traffic on the way home.

I feel really headachey and queasy now. I had quite a stressful afternoon and late tea so I am hoping that is all that is wrong. Luckily dh is home now and coping with bedtime as ds and I don't need to spend anymore time together Shock He is giggling away with is ddad though.

I haven't been home long. Toddler's in bed, MrScout is only just about to leave London Angry and I'm exhausted. Having my dinner and think I will put on cheesy tv.

Who stole the box of chocolates?!

Scout19075 · 07/03/2012 20:33

carrots, MrScout is a Ben and Holly fan, too. I leave him and Toddler to it. Toddler even gave MrScout the B&H Annual for Boxing Day. Wink
